The team of men that worked to get my new air & heat system were outstanding gentlemen. Garrett did an outstanding explaining what I was getting and how it worked. The installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very swiftly. They cleaned up and couldn't tell that they were even here, except for the fact that I actually had air conditioning again. Would recommend the ARS crew they were outstanding (See More)

Even though we are renovating two houses and I wasn't concerned with cleanliness, these guys were respectful of my floors by wearing booties. They were also super efficient even though it was raining cats and dogs! The work went fast, and now I have two brand new HVAC units after 15 years of difficulty with the old ones. They were professional and worked continuously until our new system was installed. They removed the old unit from the attic through a very tight small opening to the attic like it was a piece of cake! Before leaving they cleaned up (they placed paper over all flooring from the attic entrance to the front door) and went over all the info regarding the new system. We are very pleased with our new unit. It cools our upstairs so much cooler and faster than our previous unit. It also operates much quieter. A representative came out one day to discuss our options and the next day early afternoon our unit was completely installed/operating. The unit had the upstairs cooled comfortably in an unbelievably short time! The price was comparable to other companies. Very fast! I decided on a unit one day and 24 hrs later it is installed! Ted P. did a great job informing me of the different units, wasn't pushy and let me decide what I wanted. He is very professional and prompt. The installers were efficient, friendly and fast. In a matter of hours they removed the old unit, installed the new air handler and condensor plus they added insulation and fixed the duct work! Our upstairs heat quit working, I called ARS on Friday afternoon and they had just let everyone leave due to impending ice and snow but the receptionist said she would have a technician call asap. Sure enough about 10 minutes later Jason called and scheduled to come out Saturday morning. Jason came Saturday morning as scheduled looked the unit over let it run through a couple of cycles to find the problem then gave us several options to choose from. We decided to replace the unit which right on the spot he called Eric, set up an appointment for the afternoon. Eric came out gave us info on the different units available, we decided on one, paperwork was done right then and there and he schedule installation for Monday morning. Kyle, Keith and Josh were the installers, they did a great job. They had the old unit out, which was in a very tight space and the new replaced in no time. Even though it was freezing outside they worked continually until the job was done. Everything was cleaned up, you would have never known they had been here except for the nice warm heat. The installers were Keith & Jeremy those guys exceeded my expectations. They covered my hardwood floors and carpet during my install and seemed to have a caring attitude. (See More)
