Nobody likes to have AC problems but I felt very blessed today to have two young men from ARS/Rescue Rooter Nashville come to our aid. It was discovered that our AC/Heating unit had multiple problems along with being covered with mold inside. The unit is 14-yrs-old and the cost to repair it was just not adding up. Lukos M. took pictures of the problems so that he could show me and explain what issues we were facing. I decided that it was time to go the next step and look at possibly replacing the unit. Lukos M. made contact with his company and explained that I had the day off today and checked to see if someone could come out to talk to me so that I wouldn't have to take an additional day off. Within the hour Fritz Byrd came to our house and took his time to explain what our options were. Fritz compared 4 units and expained the differences and the costs involved. I felt no pressure and was very pleased with how both men were willing to patiently answer all my questions and actually made what could have been a very difficult decision quite painless. Fritz also made suggestions for financing and was able to set everything up for me before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS/Nashville to anyone who may be needing repairs or replacement.

PART TWO - Happy to share the rest of the story... Kevin Jones and Hector Hernandez arrived early Saturday morning and worked steady to remove the old unit and to install the new AC/Heating Unit. They were hard and efficient workers and so thoughtful and understanding... The old unit was the last project that my husband completed before he passed away. My daughter and I were sort of sad to see that old piece of metal being hauled off so the guys removed the metal label and a couple of small parts to give to her before they left!!! Fritz and the installers at ARS in Nashville were great with the recent first time installation of central air and heat in my 91 year old mother's home where she has live for 70 years. The installers were Joshua, Grant, Caleb, and Ben. They did such a great job that I have to tell everyone about them. Their generosity, kindness, care, and professionalism will always be remembered. ARS , Keith W, Zack D, Brandon J, Mark S, and Fritz, installed a recent HVAC system. They were very professional and worked through an extremely hot day. Excellent service from Josh B., who arrived in record time to check out my old and failing unit; Fritz B., who listened, helped me choose a new unit, and patiently walked me through the financing process; and Jordon C. and Christian H., who installed the new unit the next morning in a timely fashion. We purchased a central heating & air unit from ARS Mr. Fritz was very helpful in making sure that the United would go in as promised. The team he sent out included Mr.J.B.Evans, Mr.Andrew Razor, and Mr.Josh Weaks. These three I.stalled the unit the why my wife and I wanted it. They asked questions on where we wanted everything set, once the units where in they made sure both my wife and I knew how everything operated. Since the system was installed during the cold season we we're told that in the summer they would come out and properly charge the ac unit. Had a great experience with purchase and installation of a trane HVAC unit. Built good rapport and trust level with sales advisor.
