Walt (Josh W.) was our installer. Our upstairs HVAC split gas unit failed (after 17 years). This unit also pushed air to our bonus room (inadequately, I might add) so we needed a solution to cool our space upstairs while keeping our bonus room cool. Josh and his assistant spent the better part of two days re-working our entire upstairs ducting and installed a dual-zone (wireless t-stat for the bonus room) system that works unbelievably well. Josh was not only knowledgeable, but courteous and respectful. Awesome, dedicated installer. This is our second ARS installed HVAC. Will happily do business with them in the future (hopefully not in this house...we should be set for awhile). Caleb also helped out with the zoning system...great job! (See More)

Install 2 man crew was excellent. Very thorough, professional, very approachable and knowledgable on the service provided. Heat index was way above 100, and my hat goes off to these guys under the conditions they had to work in. Also, work area in attic, and outside was nice and tidy, no trash left behind. I want to say I am simply amazed at this company. From start to finish they have been awesome. Yah my pocket is a whole lot lighter but I have a great new piece of equipment. I had two wonderful installers. And Tom Williams the service guy was awesome too. Excellent company. Would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they were early to start the job!!!!! ARS is the only company that has serviced my AC unit since moving to Tennessee. I believe their bi-yearly inspection kept my unit running longer than expected. Today I purchased a new Carrier unit and from point of sale to installation everything ran smooth. My technicians Caleb Farrar and Jordan Neely were prompt, knowledgable and answered all my questions. They also had to do some extra work fr the unit to fit in my closet which was not easy. Buying a new unit is never fun and it is a big expense .. But to have an efficient energy saving unit installed gives me peace of mind and knowing I have the support of ARS for continued maintenance makes this decision a good one !! (See More)
