As a landlord that lives out of state from my property, one of the best decisions I have made was to contract ARS/Rescue Rooter Nashville.
My tenants were concerned about the HVAC system. So a call was made for a service technician to inspect. Fortunately for me they sent Garrett, C., an ultimate professional that I trust! I will refer to him as Dr. Garrett from this day forward as he diagnosed the patient, and told me her symptoms. The choices were to put on a band aid and hope for the best in a few months, or replacement. Dr. Garret gave me a few options to consider and I decided to let her rest in peace after doing research before Garrett came. Because of ARS finance resources I am able to replace the unit and have other items addressed. Things happen when you least expect them. I was impressed by Garrett's professionalism, politeness, and transparency. He explained everything he did very clearly and actually showed me what repairs he needed to make and why. The representative was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain anything I asked about the product or plans for installation. I was given options and he wast most helpful in my decision making. Most of all, his demeanor made me feel very comfortable with just the two of us taking care of the appointment. Sometimes females are made to feel pressured and uncomfortable when dealing with these types of things. I must say, he put me at ease from the beginning and it carried out through the entire appointment. When I asked if he would come back with the crew for installation of unit, he replied that he would check in if I would like! Now, I'm looking forward to a great installation day! (See More)

The team of men that worked to get my new air & heat system were outstanding gentlemen. Garrett did an outstanding explaining what I was getting and how it worked. The installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very swiftly.
