Chad @ ARS Rescue Rooter Nashville is an excellent technician, I’m very impressed! he has worked on replacing few of AVs at my home. He is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and caring customer. He works so hard in recent super hot weather by climbing up to the attic (100 degrees +) and worked for 3 hours and was all sweating! I like ARS because they have top quality employees such as Chad! Who wants to get their HVAC replaced? Not me! From our Sales rep Laura, to the installers Josh and Matt, to the contractor Tom who fixed our drywall, to Chad a tech who came and checked our unit once it was installed, ALL we're amazing!! So professional, timely, quiet, and courteous they really went above and beyond on what needed to be done and made it a breeze. Our job was a big one since the unit was being moved from it's original (bad) location to another, and they definitely made it seem easy even though, clearly, it wasn't.
Thanks for all your extra efforts and just being awesome people!

Chad is the reason that this was a favorable review. I specifically scheduled my appointment around his availability and requested the first available appointment of the day. When I called ARS a few minutes after 8:00am on the morning of the appointment , I was lied to saying he was "stuck in traffic". Well he wasn't "stuck in traffic", he was at his first appointment which was not mine. I called back after 9:00am and was lied to again. Why would one of your employees tell a bald face lie? It doesn't make sense. I have his name but do not want to post it in this review. In spite of the lies, Chad Ludin is a ROCK STAR in the HVAC world. He does ARS proud. Get rid of the liar. (See More)

Chad L. is the "real deal". He is an excellent tech who prides himself on honesty and professionalism. We request that he be assigned to our service calls and, if he is unavailable, we reschedule our job to work around his schedule. Chad should be held up as a role model for what any company should look for in their customer facing technicians. (See More)

I've been using this group for about 2 years now. It started with needing to deal with an HVAC that wouldn't hold coolant. This group has educated and helped me to make informed decisions; from replacing a system to regular maintenance. As a business they are quick to offer solutions and products for purchase but I've never felt pressured. They value their work. This is not a group to expect to be cheap because they deliver a quality product. I've never felt the expense was anything but appropriate for the level of work and expertise. Each time I make a decision on what I want done they find the best value for dollar they can with combination services or just adding that little extra touch that shows they take pride in their work. I've been very happy with their service and almost look forward to their twice a year checkups. Thank you to the technicians that have been out; most recently Chad L. (See More)
