We had a kitchen drain backup that needed quick action and Paradise Plumbing came through for us. Henry came out within hours of the problem and quickly and efficiently solved the issue. He is knowledgeable, thorough and clearly explained the problems and solution. He was very careful to leave everything clean and tidy for us when he was done. Henry came to my house late on a Saturday night to attempt to start my water heater since I was leaving to work for three days. He diagnosed the problem quick and spent several days on the phone with my water heater company and several plumbing supply warehouses to help me get the part needed to make the repair. Albert was very nice. He came promptly to my house when we had sewage backing up to the bathtub. Yuck. He charged me 586.00$ to clear the lines. However he would not guarantee the work. For that much money I want a guarantee! Needless to say the next day bubbling and clogging in the toilet. I will not be calling Paradise . This company was able to come same day to my house after a I had a plumbing fiasco with my outdoor sprinkler system. Albert, the technician who was assigned the job was was personable, friendly, extremely professional and got here quickly. The city had to do an emergency shut off of my water the night before and the parts I bought for the plumber to install were not the correct ones. Instead of leaving, he dug everything up and installed a shut off valve so I could get my home's water turned back on. I was able to get correct parts over the weekend and Albert came back immediately and finished the job. The work was high quality, efficient and priced reasonably. I actually have heard horror stories regarding plumbers who will try and take you for everything you have but that was definitely not the case here. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. He even did a stellar clean up job, it looks nicer than before he arrived. Thank you Albert and Paradise Plumbing. After a home improvement project led to gushing water from under the kitchen sink and a broken off handle on the water heater, I called AAA for emergency help. Richard showed up quickly and fixed everything in under 2 hours including installing new piping on the water heater. He did a great job and was very professional. I had a Saturday severe sink clog that my landlord didn't respond to until Sunday morning and then wanted to send her usual plumber on Monday. I had backed up slimy water, dirty dishes everywhere and ants starting to converge. No way was I waiting that long and I let her know that.
I contacted AAA Paradise Plumbing Sunday morning and they had someone to my home in less than an hour. Alberto was professional, courteous, concerned and wonderful. Unfortunately because of what my landlord had insisted I do to try to unclog it myself, the sink was still full of water and drano (never use drano - it ruins your pipes!!!) and needed time to drain not only for his safety but for the safety of their equipment and it would have been a mess to clean up on the floor.
First thing Monday morning...Alberto was at my door again. He had that sink drained in an hour! He cleaned the gunk out of the sinks, he cleaned up the floor, my landlord was watering the yard and he told him about the drano...and he was gone.

Albert F. was our tech, and he arrived early for the appointment which was a blessing. He wore a mask and put protective coverings on his shoes before entering the house to assess the problem. He quickly realized the issue, advised me, and clarified any questions before proceeding. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up well, and was on his way. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be are to ask for Albert F. and Paradise.
