Monday June 26, Frankie Baltiervez came to the rescue. I described the sequence of events and Frankie listened attentively. After a few questions he started trouble shooting. Once he found the location of the plumbing pipes he went under the house. Systematically he checked all the pipes and found the problem. On board his truck he had necessary supplies and equipment Within a short time he found and repaired the pipes that were clogged. And he communicated clearly what caused the problem. I would recommend Frankie and his crew to my neighbors, friends and family. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, skil and professionalism. Thank you, Athalia Fetter. (See More)

When I called to schedule, the soonest available appointment wasn't until the following week. That was definitely annoying, but my problem wasn't very big, so I decided I was willing to wait. I was given a four hour window for when the technician would arrive and Brian called called around the three hour mark to tell me he was on his way. I was expecting someone to just show up, so the phone was nice. Brian was very professional and took the time to understand my problem, went over possible solutions several times so that I thoroughly understood, gave his recommendation, and then effectively fixed the problem. He had to move some things out of the way and took the time to put them back and he wore shoe covers to protect my home. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. If I have any other plumbing problems in the future, I would feel comfortable having Brian from 3 Mountains Plumbing return. (See More)

I am on a well. A major plumbing company replaced by hot water heater less than 3 years ago but my hot water pressure continued since that time to decline. Good cold water pressure so we know it was hot water related. Several other plumbing firms had come in to see if they could determine the problem...nope, just repipe the entire house....until Brian at 3 Mountains called. He searched tediously for over an hour and gave us several options with scale up prices if Option 1 didn't work. Well, Option 1 worked! Nathanial and Lars came to do the work and Brian had so meticulously sent them photos and e-mails that the job was done efficiently. They are now my "go to" plumber!!! (See More)

After Brian handled a fairly benign sink problem, we discovered after a voluntary home inspection that -- again -- we had water in the crawl space. The outtake pipe from the washing machine (also connected to the kitchen sink) had detached, spewing waste water under the house. The first water restoration company either didn't do the job right or did it halfway, necessitating a second company to come in. Despite all of this, Jeff Lawson and his team were thoroughly professional, quick to diagnose the problem, clear in recommending options -- always giving us up-front pricing and honest advice. Brian came to our home on Sunday to install the needed pipe, then Jeff and Nate followed a few days later to insulate and strap our pex pipes that were not properly installed five years ago. This is the first plumbing company that I felt actually respected OUR interests. On top of all that, Jeff walked me through how to appeal to the company that did faulty installation of our repiping job five years ago; thanks to his encouragement and advice, we recovered nearly $1400! I will always use 3MP. Melissa and Brook took every call and were not only friendly and responsive but truly compassionate. Thank you all for making plumbing less fearsome. We have called 3 Mountain Plumbing for emergencies and planned remodeling work. Whenever they come to do the work, 3 Mountain's representative/plumber is always on time, respectful, knowledgable, and professional. The people in the office are super helpful. We scheduled Brian from 3 Mountains Plumbing to re-plumb our new bathroom remodel which included 2 sinks and a drain. (Of course the previous owners didn't do the plumbing to code so Brian had to re-do a previous bad job.) The day before he was scheduled to come, our hot water heater went out. 3 Mountain came right out and within a short amount of time, fixed our emergency. The next day, Brian and his cohort came out and did a professional job in quick time to re-plum our new remodel. All along, Brian worked around the other craftsmen - cabinet, tile workers - to give us the fastest, most complete job! It's like working with family!! I'd call this company, and Brian again when I need any plumbing help! (See More)

After years of rusty galvanized pipe issues, we repiped our 1959 home. 3 Mountains Plumbing does superb quality work with the highest level of professionalism, expertise, good communication, with efficiency and tidiness. Repiping is a BIG job and 3 Mountains finished it fast and with a smile! I have used 3 Mountains Plumbing for many years on a variety of projects and emergencies. what a great business not only they were willing to help me on short notice, and giving me different options, but they were really honest, so the employe told me on the phone i will have to pay extra for an emergency fix and after hours so i said ok a half an hour later she called and said someone cancelled their appointment and i would be able to get help earlier and it would be within regular hours and i won't have to pay for it as an emergency thing, so appreciative of their business and the quality. Very Expensive ... took advantage of two wommen.... Options $$$ became with pricey and didn't make sense. I was told my 65 gal water heater could not be replaced unless they installed a heat pump to the air conditioning. ??? I have had a 65 gal water heater without a heat pump since 1988. Cost for this option: listed as an investment for $1276. Cost for Option #1: $1476.00for two women who I feel were taken advantage of. 9 PM at night. Investment #1 2764, Investment #2: $238 to return the next day with what we wanted. Investment #3 with a year warrenty $2074 , Option #4 12 yr warrenty: #$3091.00 We did not get our 65 gal water heater replaced. instead we got a 50 gal water heater.... OUCH. We had 65 gal before they arrived. I'm mad. Two women in a tight spot taken advantage of in really vulneralble position!! We were in a spot to pay up or too bad. His "OPtions were expensive and came with varrying degrees of costs and return fees and warrentees. VERY expensive. did not get what we wanted. (See More)

Brian did a great job and I tried to leave good feedback for him but the only way to do so was to join one of those insidious social network or review services which is not going to happen. I hired a plumber not a web shill. Your rating went from 10 to 5 to and then to 0 when I found out you do not even list an email where I could send a compliment or complaint. (See More)

Great company.. my experience started with a plugged kitchen drain in a 68 yr old house. I have kudos to the whole staff starting with the receptionist (Brandi) who was warm, friendly and down to earth, then the tech (Nathaniel) who did the snake thing, also warm courteous, informative and professional. My pipe was collapsed, needed replaced. Brian did the estimate with a few hiccups, but he worked with us and we came up with a plan customized to the homeowners needs/preferences. None of this "oh we prefer to do it (their) this way. We are on Soc Sec and this Nam veteran has a limited budget. I refused to dig up my basement floor, not an option. 3 Mountain stepped up the plate and listen to my needs. I called for an appointment and Brian was at my house less than an hour later. He was very courteous and professional and I didn't even have to ask him to remove his shoes (Asian custom) as he wore his own shoe covers. The small job was completed within an hour. My homes water line broke in our foundation and created quite a mess with water damage to our downstairs carpet. I called a couple other plumbing companies in my area but was told their was a plumber shortage in the area and was told someone could come out and assess my problem in a week. I called 3 Mountains Plumbing and Brian was at my door within the hour. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. He arranged for financing and got a temporary water line established so my wife and I did not have to leave our home. He worked with my work schedule and a couple days later was here with another co-worker and hammered out the installation of a new water line. No one likes plumbing problems or the cost but these guys rock and did exactly what they said they would and not a penny more. I would highly recommend them to anyone. (See More)

I paid 3 times as much for less work than the last plumber. The parts could not have cost that much and to pay $531 for 1 1/2 work is ridiculous. I appreciate my pipe getting fixed and Brian was very nice but the work was WAY overpriced. (See More)

April 10, 2014 At 5:30 a.m. out the door for work, the water heater was leaking badly. It needed replacing. After calling several companies (many that don't actually answer their so-called emergency lines), I was recommended to call a few larger companies. I called 3 Mountains Plumbing and spoke with an actual person! She was very helpful at an early hour and their company actually carried the same brand as we had. She displaced Brian out to our home. He arrived and took his time providing an evaluation. He reviewed three different cost estimates and after choosing which one to go with, Brian realized that he didn't the right water heater with him. He drove from West Linn to Portland on Broadway around Lloyd Center (usually heavy traffic at mid-morning). He picked up the right water heater drove back and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. He did a tremendous job, was a craftsman about it, was professional and courteous. I called 3 Mountains Plumbing when my water heater rusted through and started leaking all over the garage floor. Brian showed up within 4 hours after a call at 7am. He carries a new water heater with him and had it installed AND the garage cleaned up in a couple of hours. Took the time to explain that water heaters don't really need to be wrapped anymore and even hauled away old insulation. Thanks! (See More)

Today was the second time Brian from 3 Mountains came out. The first time he fixed a broken p-trap in my daughters bathroom and today he did some work in preparation for the bathroom remodel.
