moderately large sewer project in an old sewer system. Joshuah E. surveyed the issues, made several recommendations explaining each in detail with diagrams and video. Klint did full house annual check and water heater flush. He worked with Joshuah to combine project..I needed a new water heater. The wonderful young men who actually did the project... Edgar and Francisco... were very upbeat professionals who kept me updated on everything as it was happening, worked in not optimal conditions, but when finished everything was back in place and as Edgar said you cant tell we were ever here...thats true. Also big Thank You to Francisco for seeing that my tires were flat and hand pumping them up. Now I am ready to ride again when the rain finally stops. Scheduling appoints is frustrating because it's a two step process and I had to wait the next day to actually schedule the appointment, which quite frankly is lame. I now understand it's so you can dispatch your crew more effectively so your crew can be as prompt as possible. Hopefully that system can be refined one day. Jon-Marc successfully and quickly installed a new water heater into my home. He took the time to answer all questions, including general plumbing questions. This was in addition to the basic estimate and options he provided to upgrade the H20 heater, which was sorely out of date, and kind of amazing that it hadn't already imploded or caused serious problems. In a single afternoon a quality H20 heater was replaced at a reasonable price, and we were given estimates for other potential plumbing upgrades and maintenance, which we specifically asked about. Jon was efficient, friendly, and was very clear about what he was going to do. He and his assistant found a hot water leak, and also discovered that we did not have a necessary expansion tank. He not only fixed the problem but took us through all the work. He taught us a lot about what to look for and how to intervene to stop damage if it were to happen again. He documented with pictures and notes and completed the job in less time than we were expecting. He minimized the amount of cut out and the repairs were actually beautiful in a plumbing sense! We are extremely pleased with Jon and his company and would recommend him always! We were extremely pleased with the service that Jon-Marc provided on the evening before Thanksgiving. He came out to our house to give us a bid for our leaking water service pipe, and he investigated the problem thoroughly. He also heard our desire to replace our water heater and the complications involved in changing its location. Jon-Marc provided us with multiple bids that evening for the water service and different options for the water heater replacement. Throughout the visit, he listened carefully to our concerns and shared his knowledge, answering our many questions completely. The next day, we received additional bids from him, as well as prompt answers to followup questions we emailed him. When we decided to hire 3 Mountains to replace our water service and water heater, Jon-Marc came out to install a temporary pipe to stop our leak, and carefully included insulation and a pipe warmer to prevent it from freezing (it was December). On the day of the work, Jon-Marc came to walk the other plumbers through and answer our questions. Paul and Peter were the plumbers who did the work that day, and they were great. Paul, like Jon-Marc, was very good at communicating with us. Jon-Marc came back the next day to resolve some water flow issues that resulted from our old galvanized pipes. Jon-Marc looked at two exterior faucets that were leaking. He fixed both leaks by tightening the connections. He did not charge us for the repair, only the trip charge. We also requested that he look at the fixtures on a pedestal sink and provide an estimate and options on replacing which he forwarded. Excellent service. We would definitely use again. I have already posted a review but to state it briefly I could not have had better service. I called with an emergency situation and 3 Mountains was right on it. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and provided outstanding service explaining all the details to me as they went. With tractors and heavy machinery digging up my front yard to repair the sewer line, at the end of the day one could never tell they were even there. Nathaniel showed up on the dot for his appointment. He was clear and direct, professional and fun to deal with. We deferred to his advice (once he disabused the homeowner-- me <G> -- of my false t-shooting conclusions. He was even kind enough to say he would have thought the same erroneous thing... Anyway his work was very quick and then he was done. The valve he replaced continues to function properly and our wasted water woes have evaporated. Edgar & Devin arrived at our house the morning of project start with a little gift, a pound of locally grown coffee and a pair of 3 Mountains coffee mugs! We spent months trying to find someone willing to give us an estimate to replace our main drain, but kept getting the run around about having to dig or not (CIPP). When we finally decided we wanted to go with 3 Mountains, I called on Monday, scheduled for Wednesday & the project was finished by Thursday afternoon. The guys (Kayne joined them Thursday) were very professional, personable & were willing to explain what they were doing to a lady who know nothing about plumbing. They were creative in figuring out how to work around minor issues and did it with a smile...in the snow! I will not call another plumber. It's never fun to deal with an unexpected plumbing problem, but 3 Mountains was awesome from beginning to end. Our house is currently for sale, so it's important that the repairs were quick and of high quality. 3 Mountains was very accommodating to come out for an estimate (next day!) and I was able to get my repairs scheduled for a time and day that worked for me. Their 24-hour customer service line was super helpful every step of the way - from scheduling, to paperwork, to confirming the job.
