Great experience ! Called at 5PM just before a holiday and was able to speak to a well informed representative right away, she described the step by step of what would happen and how soon and was accurate right down to the timing. Paul Hatton gave me a call when he was 20 min from my location (less than an hour and a half after I first called). Paul is a journeymen Plumber. He diagnosed the problem and the repair needed, presented me with the charge to fix it, and got right to work. The repair was a broken faucet waterline inside a wall. Paul's repair was much better then the original construction of the home. Highly recommend Paul and the 3 Mountains Plumbing team ! (See More)

I have had this company out to my home two times for different problems and they have done a great job both times. This most recent visit was for a pretty involved piping and drain installation and everything looks like it was done by someone who knows what they are doing, and wants it to be correct the first time. I first have to say a huge "Thank You" to the people at 3 Mountains Plumbing and Paul H. the Plumber. Short story of what happen my wife and I are in the process of selling are home. After having a family interested in buying the house they ending up backing out because of the deal because of a laundry list of things they wanted fix. So me being a handy man at heart I was willing to take on some of the repairs which one was to replace the outside faucet in the backyard. Well needless to say I tried to take the faucet off and ended up break the water line. Which water ran up my outside wall and over my kitchen ceiling towards my garage. Keep in mind that within the last year we did a full blown remodel in the kitchen which included a tongue and groove ceiling with crown molding and recess lighting. After calling around and finding everyone was booked till mid December. I called 3 Mountains Plumbing and Kayla ( VERY NICE OFFICE GIRL) answered and was able to get a plumber out that night. Once Paul showed up and accessed the damage he did discuss about what it was going to take to fix it. He did take into concentration that we are trying to put the house back on the market shortly after the repairs are completed. After completing the repair Paul did minimal damage to the ceiling and made it possible so there was very little to repair.
In the end of it all my hat goes off to 3 Mountains Plumbing and especially Paul H.. Paul I hope this gets back to your management because you deserve some recognition for this call because you were outstanding.

Service was prompt. Jon-Marc was personable, respectful of his working environment, and clear in his explanation of the problem.
When I called him the next day because of my mistaken belief that something was still wrong with our sink, he generously and cheerfully arranged to stop by on his way home from work. His inspection confirmed that his original work had solved our problem. (See More)

Over a three day period I met three of the Three Mountains Plumbing guys who originally were called out to scope my sewer lines because neighbors were having trouble. I added some additional plumbing issues for them to solve in a 1971 built condo, and they were quick, courteous, and very professional. They were even able to come out on a Sunday night to solve a leak coming from a faulty pressure regulator that there was no way my home inspection could have even seen, as well as relocate the main water turn off valve so it could be reached without having to remove a water heater first! I called 3 Mountains Plumbing based on reviews found online in a search for plumbers who could also check sewer lines, because 6 people on my block had recently had sewer backups. I wanted a complete check of my newly purchased 1971 built condo in a preventative move. Nate came and did a superlative job in scoping out the sewer line, emailed me a video of the beginnings of a belly in the line, and installing new low flow toilets, installing new angle stops in bathrooms and kitchen, replacing supply lines with new braided supply lines and checking all water lines and connections. He also explained the options in a customer care club. I joined the club, which turned out to be a really smart move, since the next night (a Sunday) I had a regulator water leak all over the garage floor, which brought out Klint. He spent several hours pulling my water heater out and installing a new regulator. During the process he found the turn off valve for my house water was located behind the water heater, which I could never have reached in an emergency. He relocated that valve to an easy to see and reach position. The next call was answered by Paul and Nate who relocated and installed a new shower head in the guest bath and installed a new sink, faucets and p-trap. All three gentlemen spent a goodly amount of time going over the options, cost as well as proposed work. They were on time, completely professional and very easy to understand. I also appreciated the total cleanup of the job sites. I would very strongly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done honestly and professionally. (See More)
