It's never fun to deal with an unexpected plumbing problem, but 3 Mountains was awesome from beginning to end. Our house is currently for sale, so it's important that the repairs were quick and of high quality. 3 Mountains was very accommodating to come out for an estimate (next day!) and I was able to get my repairs scheduled for a time and day that worked for me. Their 24-hour customer service line was super helpful every step of the way - from scheduling, to paperwork, to confirming the job. I highly recommend this business - everyone I interacted with (Jeff, Derek, Raelynn, Dani) was super professional and genuinely seemed to love their work and care about me as the customer. we were dreading calling a plumber because of cost and worried about getting cheated or worse getting poor service.. We were so lucky to have found 3 Mt Plumbing. They take time explaining the issues and costs then they gave us options to choose from. No pleasure to spend more then we wanted. The office staff is on top of things as well. Always spoke clearly, slowly and made sure we understood what was happening next before she said good bye. We are happy to say 3 Mt is our go to plumbing company. (See More)

My mother had just died a few days before and my debit card had been hacked that same day, which left me without access to my bank account. I was already under a large amount of stress when the main water line coming into the house ruptured leaving myself, my elderly father, my daughter, and grandson without running water. It was Father's Day weekend, I had called many plumbers who all told me the same thing, they were either "booked out" at least 4 weeks and had no one available, or the charge would be $300.00 an hour to come out, with an additional $150.00 fee just to show up. I honestly could not afford it due to the burial and memorial costs I had just paid out. That's when I found 3 Mountains Plumbing and talked to Trina. She was kind, helpful and compassionate, and told me not to worry, she would see what she could do to at least get someone out to survey the situation so that I would have a better idea of what needed to be done. I was so grateful to talk to someone who was willing to help, and so moved by her compassion I burst into tears. I had already dug the dirt out from around the problem area earlier to make it easier on whomever showed up. That's when I met Jeff. Trina had sent Jeff to help. He was in the area on his way to another job when he showed up minutes later in his white van, like a knight in shining armor. He introduced himself and then got right to the job at hand. He surveyed the situation, ran back to his van a couple of times, and before I knew it, had fixed the problem temporarily so we could at least have water coming into the house. It took all of 15 minutes and he was done. I was overcome with emotion when he told me the fix was in place, when all I was expecting was an evaluation. He told me the fix was a temporary one and that it would need to be done differently to make it permanent. I hugged him, told him thank you and that I would be calling them back in the very near future to do this job and a couple other plumbing issues I had inside the house. I will NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE EVER! I am spreading the word to everyone I know, 3 Mountains Plumbing is company to call for all your plumbing needs. Not only are they professional and skilled, they are a wonderful company to work with. Trina and Jeff are outstanding employees and 3 Mountains plumbing is blessed to have them. Our appointment was pushed back by a few hours, however we were well informed of this in advance. Jeff arrived our home, asked important questions with regard to our plumbing issues. He provided us with several options to correct/fix the issue, along with price points for those repairs. We made our choice, and Jeff returned the next morning to perform our decision. He made the repair, made sure of no leaks, and cleaned up the areas like he was never there. Bravo! (See More)

3 Mountains offered very professional and prompt service. They called to remind me the day before and on the day of the work called me to let me know more precisely when they thought he would arrive - they narrowed the window which let me know I could go grab lunch and wouldn't miss him. Jeff did a fine job assessing the plumbing leak and letting me know what the scope and cost would be. I thought it was a little pricey but did appreciate that there were no hidden costs. Plus, I don't know much about plumbing repair costs so the may be competitively priced. They have ipads and keep it all very simple and documented with photos - great idea. Jeff did the work quickly and cleaned up his mess; not all companies do that which may sound surprising but it's true. we have had no issues since his repair work. (See More)

Jeff was fantastic. We had an emergency two days before Thanksgiving. Called and there was a bit of a snafu getting somebody out but Jeff eventually got there and was great! Our sink works better than it has since we bought the house in 2007. I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing and Jeff. I cannot even begin to tell you what a great experience we had dealing with 3 Mtns- we needed our drain pipes replaced in our crawl space and went with 3 Mtns because their bid came in quite a bit cheaper than the others and they were just so professional. Scheduled an apt that day and 3 days later we received a thank you card along with a reminder of our upcoming apt. On the day of our apt., Jeff and John arrived first thing to get the work done- they laid drop cloths and always wore shoe covers; they were very courteous and patient with our barking dog (lots of funny noises makes our dog bark). When they finished the work it was as if they weren't even here- they cleaned everything up and put everything that they had to move, back in it's proper place. My husband is especially happy with the work as I am not as familiar with what piping work should look like when replaced. To sum it up, I would highly recommend 3 Mtns. and we will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. In closing I would like to say that we bought a 70's house a couple of years ago and as a result, we have had to have a lot of work done and 3 Mtns. has been the BEST experience we have had so far; I only wish all companies operated with the same standards as 3 Mtns. does! He showed us all the models available with the prices for each and he quickly and efficiently installed the faucet that we selected and showed us how to operate it. He was prompt, personable, professional and the disposal works well. 3 Mountains Plumbing was more expensive than other plumbing companies that I've used in the past. I was provided with a quote and since Jeff was there, I used hired 3 Mountains anyway for convenience, rather than schedule another appointment with a less expensive plumber. The scheduling staff is pleasant and clear and the two plumbers they've sent me have been friendly and highly competent. Both times they offered to show me what they were doing in case I had to do a similar fix in the future. Unlike other plumbing companies I've used, the dispatch fee is not a minimum payment applied toward your fee, it is on top of whatever fee you pay for the actual work. On the plus side, they send out coupons that can substantially lower your fee. I'm considering signing up for an annual inspection plan since everyone is nice to work with and a more proactive approach might reduce the need for emergency calls in the future! (See More)

Outstanding work by Jeff on our 70's home. Old cast iron toilet flange was not straight to wall. Jeff replaced flange and connecting pipe with upgraded materials. Also straightened out under sink plumbing with correct pipe and fittings, installing new garbage disposal. Before starting project Jeff gave us 6 different options for repair. Jeff Lawson is a genuine professional in manner, knowledge and skill. He has assisted me twice with a home that I purchased within the past year. In both instances he was very thorough, noting various options for repairs without pressuring me in any way. His work was excellent and he maintained complete communications with me. This was very important to me (some service providers do not communicate well with customers) and he was on time every time. He reassured me about his work and asked for me to report any issues afterwards. He is a very pleasant young man and dedicated to the highest quality of work. 3 Mountains Plumbing has been good to work with providing the best quality. This is especially important since all plumbing work is pretty expensive. After Brian handled a fairly benign sink problem, we discovered after a voluntary home inspection that -- again -- we had water in the crawl space. The outtake pipe from the washing machine (also connected to the kitchen sink) had detached, spewing waste water under the house. The first water restoration company either didn't do the job right or did it halfway, necessitating a second company to come in. Despite all of this, Jeff Lawson and his team were thoroughly professional, quick to diagnose the problem, clear in recommending options -- always giving us up-front pricing and honest advice. Brian came to our home on Sunday to install the needed pipe, then Jeff and Nate followed a few days later to insulate and strap our pex pipes that were not properly installed five years ago. This is the first plumbing company that I felt actually respected OUR interests. On top of all that, Jeff walked me through how to appeal to the company that did faulty installation of our repiping job five years ago; thanks to his encouragement and advice, we recovered nearly $1400! I will always use 3MP. Melissa and Brook took every call and were not only friendly and responsive but truly compassionate. Thank you all for making plumbing less fearsome. After years of rusty galvanized pipe issues, we repiped our 1959 home. 3 Mountains Plumbing does superb quality work with the highest level of professionalism, expertise, good communication, with efficiency and tidiness. I interviewed a number of plumbers and chose Jeff to replumb my entire (small) house in a major remodel. He was courteous and efficient. There were delays with other parts of the remodel (of course!) and he made numerous trips back to get everything finished. This included hooking up a claw-foot-tub, which is harder than modern tubs. I was also influenced by the 10 year guarantee of their work, and have called Jeff back to repair leaks that showed up after the job was done. This is the third time we have called on 3 Mountains Plumbing. Jeff was very professional and helpful as we worked to discover the source of the problem (recirculating pump and water regulator), and to decide which parts needed to be fixed. He first came out on an emergency call and patiently explained our options. When he returned to do the repairs, and some additional diagnostics on our part, Jeff took the time to explain to my husband what parts he was using, how they worked, and what we should expect which will help us in the future. Jeff Lawson came out to our house and was very professional. He put on the booties before entering the house, gave me the options and scenarios. He was knew what he was doing and had the part with him that we needed. The repair went smoothly and was exactly the price I expected it to be. Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Called a bunch of plumbers, nobody around till Wednesday. Water dripping from ceiling. They came within about an hour. Jeff was awesome. Opened ceiling and even called in a second opinion to help diagnose the problem. Exactly what you want. Will call them every time from now on. Nathaniel was very impressive for an apprentice. He assessed the problem and gave me 3 options 3 Mts. could provide. He and Jeff arrived promptly the next day and completed the job (replacing my old, concrete laundry tubs) to my specifications. The only problem was that the washing machine, which had been braced against the old laundry tub, was off balance when that larger tub was removed. My husband lacked tools to rebalance the machine. Brandi, ever courteous and responsive, sent Fernando the next day to take care of the problem. Once again, we were very satisfied with 3 Mts.
