Gabe and Nathaniel just did a new install on our home. They took the time to communicate with us about the process and their plan each day. They were very professional and did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about these two. We are more than pleased with our new plumbing and back flow valve install. Edgar and Fernando came to the house to lay down some fresh cement. The cement looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves! I was impressed. We would definitely recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. (See More)

I had a water leak under my house which I did not know till the water dept. told me. I called 3 mountain plumbing which I have used many times because I have always had good luck with them. Jon Marc and Gabe came out. The leak was under the family room, behind the garage and there was very little crawl space but Jon was able to get to it and fix it. It helped that he was small and well prepared to crawl to where that leak was. They are very professional and friendly and I was so happy they were able to fix the leak so my water bill won't be so high. (See More)

We found out about 3MP from HomeAdvisors. Com. Gabe came to help us out with a water leak. He took time to review the end to end process that was shared over the phone and all of his work was consistent with the expectations that he had set. We had the option of moving forward or not and would have only been responsible for a $30 visit if we did not proceed.
What we discovered was more extensive than expected, and Gabe assured me that we would get the issue resolved and stayed On it until his work was complete, which required waiting on other work to be complete. He provided us multiple options, gave us great insight into why we were likely experiencing multiple issues with water pressure and leaks in our house, and called in some colleagues from Restoration1 to get our water damage cleaned up for us. Our journeyman plumber, Gabe, was great. He was courteous and explains what he was doing quite well. He did a good job. The job was to fix a leaking water meter. It turned out that the PVC water line needed to be replaced. It is behind the meter, so unfortunately, we the home owner need to take care of it. It was Sunday evening, so we paid the $150 emergency dispatch fee. The charge was explained to us up front, so there was no hidden cost. The job itself cost $1177. It seemed high; although I was not quite sure how much other people paid for similar jobs. Gabe needed to dig and cut tree root and backfill, so it was hard work. (See More)

Great service from initial call to company yesterday to install of new gas water heater today. Lots of detail was covered in the initial conversation and Gabe was very professional and thorough during the install today. He explained my options and worked quickly to change out our old water heater. He provided an up front price and stuck to it even though he ran into a couple of unexpected pipe issues. I spent a week dealing with another company and had some awful service. I decided to call 3 Mountain Plumbing and let go of the other company. Over the phone I was greeted by someone who listened to me vent, replied with "we'll get you taken care of today." Sure enough, Gabe called me 2 HOURS before my scheduled appointment saying he would be early (wait...what?!?!), found my leak, fixed my leak, cleaned up better than it was before, all the while with a friendly and competent demeanor. Gabe, and his team did a great job today. I had a stopped drain, and needed to have it fixed ASAP,.. on a Saturday. I called, and within, 20 minutes... a tech called me back to schedule a response to my concern, and then Gabe arrived about 1 hour after. He was clean cut, and ready to work. He shared the cost options that I might experience and the method of what he could do so I understood, then he created a paper written cost projection, and after that was busy working on my kitchen drain. In about 20 minutes he had the problem resolved, and then did a basic inspection to confirm that the water was flowing and all was good. I could not have been happier.
