We had an excellent experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing. Gabe gave us the estimate for the work (toilet repair and water heater replacement), but was unavailable to perform the work when we were home. Derek did the work. Both men were prompt, friendly, courteous and professional.
Derek was a speedy worker and the installations look good (as good as a new WH and a repaired toilet can look!) He was neat and clean, not disruptive, and did his work quite professionally. He stuck to the quoted price and honored the on-line discount coupon. This is one time where being in hot water is just the right thing! Derek left our house neat and clean and handled the paperwork quickly and competently.
All-in-all, good job, 3 Mountains! Tell your friends! (See More)

Words cannot describe my AMAZING experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing not to mention the plumbing technician they sent out to see us. Derek was outstanding and truly went above and beyond. I even had an opportunity to learn more about his experience coming from Montana which made the work visit all the more comfortable. It is rare that you find a company you can truly trust paired with outstanding employees. I hope Derek and his superiors read this review and he can be commended on the stellar job as well as gaining a customer for life. Our water pressure is great now and I am glad I found someone I can call on when our plumbing goes astray. Thank you 3 Mountains and more importantly, thanks for sending us Derek!!! (See More)

Derek did an excellent job for our home plumbing emergency. He called to inform us of his arrival time (he was on time). He assessed the problem, provided three (3) alternatives, which was extremely helpful because he gave us an alternative which we did not even think of, which turned out to be the one we chose.
Derek was professional, polite and really knows what he is talking about. Happy to hire Derek and 3 Mountains Plumbing for our next plumbing needs!! (See More)

I was so impressed with 3 Mountains Plumbing. First, they were able to see me the day I called and were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate mine! Derek was so nice and helpful - explained to me what he did to fix the clog in my kitchen sink AND he noticed a couple small things wrong with my faucet and took the time to take care of those things at no extra charge. He was a joy to work with! I will definitely contact 3 Mountains Plumbing should I have plumbing needs in the future! Strong recommend! (See More)
