Nathaniel showed up on the dot for his appointment. He was clear and direct, professional and fun to deal with. We deferred to his advice (once he disabused the homeowner-- me <G> -- of my false t-shooting conclusions. He was even kind enough to say he would have thought the same erroneous thing... Anyway his work was very quick and then he was done. The valve he replaced continues to function properly and our wasted water woes have evaporated. Worth every penny AND we have already sung their praises to others. Also, we will be going to them in the future for some planned plumbing changes. (See More)

I can't say enough good things about these two. We are more than pleased with our new plumbing and back flow valve install. Edgar and Fernando came to the house to lay down some fresh cement. Woke up this morning to a slow drain in our laundry room. After investigating more, the slow drain turned into a completely clogged drain. Then, after sleuthing even more, determined that the clog was in a region of the drain that fell beneath the concrete of our basement. I called 3 Mountains Plumbing, spoke to Lauren, who was very friendly. She called dispatch people to determine when they could have someone to my house (note, this was on a Saturday). She told me they could have someone to my house between 1 and 4 PM and that they would call me when they were about 20 minutes away. I placed my call at 11:18 AM, I then received a call at 12:21 PM from the drain specialists saying they were about 10 minutes away and would that work for me. I said, absolutely! So, up the stairs come Frankie and Nathaniel, dressed sharp in white button up shirts, and covers for their shoes. I showed them the area of interest, they gave me some pricing options, I agreed to one of the options. They brought in a motorized snake and after boring about 10 to 15 feet down the pipe the clog completely cleared. I am so glad that I did not try to do this myself and so very grateful for the skills and fantastic customer service provided by Frankie, Nathaniel and Lauren. Not more than an hour and a half after making a call I had a nice clear drain for which to pour another eight years of coffee grounds down (ha ha...uh no). Thanks guys! (See More)

I've used 3 Mountains twice and had excellent service. Both technicians were knowledgeable and helped me a great deal. I live in a plus 55 community and will recommend this company to all 75 homeowners. The first time I used them was for a broken leaking water heater. Dispatcher was wonderful, tech was soothing and prepared in a stressful situation, work was excellent and fast. Both service calls were unusual in that the techs explained everything that they were doing and left me feeling like we were family. Kudos to Nate and the others who were so professional . We had a clogged kitchen drain last evening that required immediate attention. Nate arrived right on time in a very professional manner. Over a three day period I met three of the Three Mountains Plumbing guys who originally were called out to scope my sewer lines because neighbors were having trouble. I added some additional plumbing issues for them to solve in a 1971 built condo, and they were quick, courteous, and very professional. They were even able to come out on a Sunday night to solve a leak coming from a faulty pressure regulator that there was no way my home inspection could have even seen, as well as relocate the main water turn off valve so it could be reached without having to remove a water heater first! I called 3 Mountains Plumbing based on reviews found online in a search for plumbers who could also check sewer lines, because 6 people on my block had recently had sewer backups. I wanted a complete check of my newly purchased 1971 built condo in a preventative move. Nate came and did a superlative job in scoping out the sewer line, emailed me a video of the beginnings of a belly in the line, and installing new low flow toilets, installing new angle stops in bathrooms and kitchen, replacing supply lines with new braided supply lines and checking all water lines and connections. He also explained the options in a customer care club. I joined the club, which turned out to be a really smart move, since the next night (a Sunday) I had a regulator water leak all over the garage floor, which brought out Klint. He spent several hours pulling my water heater out and installing a new regulator. During the process he found the turn off valve for my house water was located behind the water heater, which I could never have reached in an emergency. He relocated that valve to an easy to see and reach position. The next call was answered by Paul and Nate who relocated and installed a new shower head in the guest bath and installed a new sink, faucets and p-trap. All three gentlemen spent a goodly amount of time going over the options, cost as well as proposed work. They were on time, completely professional and very easy to understand. He and Jeff arrived promptly the next day and completed the job (replacing my old, concrete laundry tubs) to my specifications. The only problem was that the washing machine, which had been braced against the old laundry tub, was off balance when that larger tub was removed. My husband lacked tools to rebalance the machine. Aldo they weren't able to arrive the same day for an emergency call, the sales associate was in great communication with me to make sure that the appointment was fulfilled as I requested. Additionally, Nathaniel was kind and conversational. He was very careful not to leave any sort of mess and were the protectors over his boots when he walked into my house. The scope Nathaniel used pinpointed the exact point in my sewer line that needed fixing. There was no question in my mind what the cause of the sewage backup was. Called 3 Mtn. for a bid on sewer replacement. Nathaniel was very prompt in coming to my home to see the job. Later that day called me with 2 quotes, the good and the bad, which was much appreciated, knowing what the worst scenario might be. Got a couple more bids, and 3 Mtn. was priced on lower end of scale. I believe myself to be a good judge of character an proved to be right. Nathaniel handled all issues that came up, we ran into a couple of problems and it took longer than it should in my opinion, but, I guess there's no rush when you're dealing with Mother Nature. Anyway all's good now, sewer works great, and the price came in between the 2 quotes, which made us happy, preparing for the worst and we save 2k, so all's well, would use these people again.
