I can’t believe I stumbled on this outstanding company. Jeff and Frankie were sent out to diagnose a long-standing problem w/ our drain. They are experts in what they do, as well as polite, punctual, patient,and friendly. The receptionists are all smart, helpful, making every effort to accommodate. It is incredible to have water pressure in my kitchen sink again. I'm sure the new water pipes are probably a lot healthier too.

We contacted 3 Mountains Plumbing the first night we were in our new home and found we had no hot water. They sent out a plumber with in two hours — NOT on overtime — and within two more hours, we had hot water! Since then, we have had 3 Mountains replace our hot water heater, and in every interaction we’ve had with them, they have been professional, gracious, and extremely efficient. Our 60 year old sewer pipe backed up because of tree roots. Replacing it involved the repair crew coordinating with the city sewer workers, dealing with the concrete housing that covered the sewer pipe, and generally wrestling with old and ornery plumbing. The 3 Mountains crew was cheerful, professional, and friendly throughout the job, and kept us informed of the progress and all the problems that arose. Despite taking twice as long as originally estimated because of the complexity of the work, the job was completed without additional cost to us, and everything, including our front yard, was returned as near as possible to original condition. I am very disappointed in your company and service. You advertise a 90 minute response time, well after waiting over 2 hours we finally got a call asking if we still needed a plumber ? We explained that we did and your phone person stated that one was not available and that you would call back when one was. This all started about 4:30 or 5 pm on a Thursday. I called in the next day, explained that we still needed a plumber and we set an appointment, never got the return call. Your plumber arrived and assessed the issue, which is a drain line issue and prepared to snake the line, explaining that is snaking did not work we would be looking at pipe replacement and that a journeyman would be needed. I was then told that another plumber was available, in the neighborhood and would be stopping by to ? help? After the second tech arrived and they reviewed the situation I was informed that snaking was not a good idea and the pines would need to be replaced. I was then given 3 more bids for replacement of the drain lines and referred to a cleanup company as well. the 3 bids for kitchen line, kitchen and laundry, or all the drain lines in my home. I asked a few questions and found out that neither of the 2 techs at my home were journeymen plumbers. I know one was only on the job for 6 months the other ? I have since had another plumber and 2 other cleanup companies check and provide bids. Your company stated I could just do the kitchen line and I have since been informed that would not fix my issue at the very minimum I have to do the kitchen and laundry based on where the break is. Your bids are also over inflated more that $4000 for one 6-8 foot piece of pipe to be replaced that will not correct my problem ? If a journeyman was needed why was there not one present ? There seems to be a lot of inconsistencies in what you advertise what you say and what you do. I am surprised that you have such a high rating. I am very disappointed in your company as a whole.I know you will not use this but I plan on sharing my experience. (See More)

Great detail work. Putting the grass and bark dust back where holes needed to be dug; putting the freshly installed insulation back as best as they could - all very important details. Scheduling can be a challenge since they are so busy and their prices quoted for work seem a tad on the high side, but they took the time to effectively explain the work they do and I appreciate the flat rate pricing and options they provided. I ultimately decided it probably wasn't worth the cost of a whole new toilet to fix a leak at this point, but I would probably recommend this company to others. (See More)

From the professionalism and curtesy of your representative on the phone, to the great service I received from your technicians, I could not have been more pleased. I'd like to say specifically how very much I appreciated Anthony and Ian. Their professional and quality of work was tip-top, but additionally they were charming and friendly and funny. In fact, while Anthony was running the router in one of our bathrooms, Ian noticed that a screw was lose in the bathroom door. He fixed it! I wasn't even in the room - he just mentioned it later so I would know. What an amazing act of kindness. It was such a little thing but so thoughtful.

Monday June 26, Frankie Baltiervez came to the rescue. I described the sequence of events and Frankie listened attentively. After a few questions he started trouble shooting. Once he found the location of the plumbing pipes he went under the house. Systematically he checked all the pipes and found the problem. On board his truck he had necessary supplies and equipment Within a short time he found and repaired the pipes that were clogged. And he communicated clearly what caused the problem. I would recommend Frankie and his crew to my neighbors, friends and family. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, skil and professionalism.

I had a plumbing emergency when an older toilet clogged for a couple of my Airbnb guests in an apartment I had rennovated in the bottom level of my townhouse. The problem was solved that day, but I decided to change out the toilet and the sump pump in that part of the house as soon as possible. I liked the reviews for 3 Mountains Plumbing and from the first phone call to the final installation, I was highly impressed with their service They were professional, friendly and thorough. I greatly appreciated their flexibility when I had to change the date of installation the day before it was scheduled because a guest's plans changed. They were able to reschedule on one of the few days that I had available in December when guests wouldn't be staying in the place. 3 Mountains is now my "go to" plumbing company--and I especially want to compliment the phone staff and the installation crew (Randy, Jon, and Marc). I called for a stopped up kitchen sink! A friend and I used a snake to clear the line on a Saturday. The sink was clogged up the next day! i called Three Mountains up on Monday. We recently had Mark (Seattle area) come by to diagnose a problem with our radiant heating/water heating system. After investigating thoroughly, he presented us with the pros and cons of every available repair option, including installation of a new tankless system, which we ultimately selected.
During this process, there was no sales pitch or pressure...He just educated us with the facts.
Within a few days, he and Daryl were able to come by and install the system. They were right on time, and called before arriving, which was a new experience for us. We were very impressed with the friendly, professional, courteous, and conscientious service they provided.
This included a couple follow-up visits by Daryl to fine tune the system at no extra charge.
Even our obnoxious little chihuahua, who doesn't like anyone, liked these guys! The bottom line is, we highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing to anyone in need of quality plumbing services. We will definitely use them again, should the need arise. (See More)

My poor ranking is not for the service. These people are jonny-on-the-spot, very friendly and nice. My strong objection is this: we had a spoon stuck in the garbage disposal that we could not dislodge. After making the effort to be home today, we were presented with three choices, the LOWEST price of them was $360 charge (plus a $30 upfront fee). Really? 400 bucks for pulling out a stuck spoon? They presented this before doing the work (fair enough). We could have told them to forget it. But picture this: you are standing there with clogged messy sink and thinking about having to call someone else again and arranging to be home again. If you have problem like this, I would go with someone else first so you don't have to make that decision. This was our first try with this firm, so I cannot comment about more complicated jobs. Where other companies immediately tried to upsell me into buying a new kitchen faucet, Gabe correctly identified the problem was the so called "flow restrictor." I am on my third experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing and I have been very pleased. I have remodeled homes, flipped homes, and build commercially, and in the past two decades, this is the first group of plumbers I have had the pleasure to work with that seem to really care. They communicate prices up front, they describe in detail the various solutions, and they set expectations. They are respectful of personal property and they leave the area clean. For our two most recent projects, we had the pleasure to work with Axel, and later, his teammate, Brian. We were very impressed with how hard they worked, how thorough they were, and the extra care they took to make certain everything was done well. 3 Mountains Plumbing is also prompt.
