Our service technician, Cameron, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After having a separate company clean the lines multiple times and ultimately recommend a repair/replacement, which ranged in options from $5k - $11k, we had Sewer Lines Only come give us a second opinion. Upon Cameron’s inspection, he said the line did not need to be repaired or replaced. Instead of trying to sell us on a costly repair that we didn’t need, he referred us to another company who utilizes technology that would ultimately fix our root intrusion issue. Side note, they typically would be able to do this type of work, but are unable to accommodate at this time due to staffing constraints, which we understand in these hectic times. Outstanding Elbow Grease (Amidst a TON of Grease) We couldn't be happier with the support that Sewer Lines Only, and specifically Cameron Bailey, put toward ungunking our home's significantly blocked drain lines. We had Cameron out to perform a simple sewer scope, with the added request that he look at some slow drains we've seen throughout our house. Cameron dug into the issue and discovered an incredibly backed up series of drains, which got him incredibly messy in the process (sorry about that!). Cameron plugged away at trying to unplug our drains before letting us know that he had done all he could do with the equipment he brought. He didn't charge us a dime, as (in his words) he wasn't able to solve our problem today. Wow! Talk about customer service. We've already set up another appointment for later this week with Sewer Lines Only to get the job finished with the necessary equipment. Are you are looking for a sewage line company with ethical business practices? Look no further. Cameron was the technician that came out today. Despite the set back of a motor that burned out on his machine, that was completely out of his control, he returned the same day with a new machine and finished the sewer line descaling. Cameron was professional, easy to work with and communicated well things to keep an eye on for the future as we have old pipes that require a little extra care and attention. I've recently worked with other big name companies that try scare tactics and upsales that are quite unnecessary. The city sewage folks came out to give a second opinion on recommended repairs/maintenance after the last company. I am happy to report that both Cameron at Sewers Lines Only and The City Of Aurora Water are in agreement on maintenance, upkeep recommendations and things to keep an eye on. We recently had Cameron Bailey from Sewer Lines Only come to our home and clean out our sewer lines and inspect the sewer pipes to determine if any immediate repairs were needed. He was very polite and professional and explained everything about the process so that it was easy to understand. Based on the post-cleaning scope and our conversation after the cleaning, he was able to remove a TON of roots and it looks a lot better. We knew we had a belly in our pipe so we asked him to take a look and get his opinion on the matter to determine if immediate repairs were needed and he gave us a very honest answer with explanation. No need for immediate repairs and that as long as we clean our pipes regularly, we can just keep an eye on the issue! We got a nice final report and video of the post clean within a few hours. Highly recommended, and we will be using this Sewer Lines Only and requesting Cameron again for all of our future needs! (See More)

I called Sewer Lines Only after two other plumbing companies failed to clear a clogged line from the kitchen sink and upstairs shower. Their technician showed up on time with his camera and 95 ft long snake. Technician Cameron was very polite and he worked hard to get my clogged line open, but he was not able to. The line was plugged beyond the capability of their equipment. Cameron apologized for not being able to unplug the drain, cleaned the mess in the room, recommended another company. The Sewer Lines Only did not charge me for their 2.5 hr hard work because the job was not completed to my satisfaction. It is a company with honesty, integrity and excellent customer service.
