So many 5 stars can't be wrong, the stars speak for themselves. Great company We been having issues with our main sewer line backing up, in time the line had to be inspected by other companies and clear a few times, the problem continue, I finally requested a video inspection of sewer and found out that the clay joints have dislocated and tree roots were intruding the system as well as some holes on the bottom of the clay pipe, unable to fix the problem other companies offered to run a sleeve inside the pipes to patch the holes but that was not an option for me, that would be a patch only and the roots eventually would push down on sleeve and problem back on. I did not want a patch. I have been plumbing for well over 30 years, I don't leave in Colorado so that was no help for me and I was not trying to fix the issue on my own instead find a reputable company that will go and replace the sewer line instead of patching the holes. I started looking for someone, I made some phone calls to the planning department and they were unable to recommend anyone so I found Sewer Lines Only. I contacted the company for the first time, after reviewing their information I felt comfortable with their presentation on their website and the response time and professionalism that I received immediately. Lisa their project manager became in contact with me and made arrangements to go to the property and do a diagnostic and analyze our situation and find a solution, soon after that phone call they went ahead and scoped the sewer line and found the problems as previously explained, they offer a replacement of sewer main line as I wanted to do without hesitation. Their technicians were great, all very professional, not in a hurry they had to go back a few times and never complained about it , soon after that they provide me with an estimate to complete the repairs and the price was absolutely right, it was less than other companies and much more professional, from paperwork to every person that I talked to. My sister relied on me to find this kind of help because she did not know what to do, so I was happy that I made the right decision in finding Sewer Lines Only. The job was completed, they obtained the needed permits from city and all repairs were done. I recommend Sewer Lined Only to anyone that need a sewer system replaced, as I mentioned before I have been plumbing and replacing sewer systems for well over 30 years and was not easy to trust just anyone with this project, they meet my expectations and more, I even mentioned that I wish I had a company as good as they are close to me to use their services every time I needed one. I absolutely recommend Sewer Lines Only, they provide you with the best possible service anyone can expect to receive from someone you never meet before, their prices are the best, the service could not be any better, they are never in a hurry, their response by phone or e mails could not be any better. My entire experience with Sewer Lines Only was wonderful. It started with Ian over yelp to schedule a camera of my completely clogged sewer line. They were able to send Jackson out the next day who identified the problem near the sewer tap in the alley, marked the area, and recommended I call Denver Water to make sure it wasn't an issue with the main line they would take care of at no charge. Denver Water came out within an hour and of course confirmed it wasn't an issue with the main line. I sent a message to Ian and he had Lisa, their project coordinator contact me first thing in the morning and had the quote ready to go for the repair (reasonable price and way under what the commercial companies would charge). She was able to get me on the schedule for the repair that Friday (today). They completed the job in about 6 hours including the inspection, explained the issue was a huge root ball that took out the sewer pipe at the tap, and ran the camera back through to confirm the entire line was good to go. The entire process complete within a few days all in the same week, greatly appreciated as we could barely run water or flush the toilet without it gurgling and backing up. I would recommend Sewer Lines Only to anyone that needs a major repair. (See More)

After finding out we had an offset in our home sewer line we went out looking for a good company to help us out. The great company we found online was Sewer Lines Only. With lots of 5-star reviews to read over my wife and I felt very confident in contacting this company. Sewer Lines Only has Lisa and Kim in the office to call and talk with about anything that is on our mind. Jackson Workman came out to do a video of our home sewer line and locate exactly what and where the problem was. After some talking with Lisa and Kim over the phone, the best estimate in the world was given to us which was almost $2000.00 less than another company's estimate. A date for the repair was agreed upon. Then Mike and crew came to our town home and did a 1st rate repair job. All in all, the communication with everyone was fantastic and clear. Any questions we had were answered quickly and in a way we understood. Our job only took one day but we are 200% happy with hiring Sewer Lines Only to do the repair work to our home sewer line. Sewer Lines Only is truly a great sewer company. We had a very tight deadline for a closing on our home, and they made sure to get all repairs done before the closing. This 5 star review all started when Jimmy came over after finishing a job on Friday evening. I just called that day for an estimate and he went way out of his way to see what we needed after typical work hours. This was not an emergency we are just updating a home for a rental and it was vacant. After arriving in just a few minutes he scoped the line and had a good solution to replace our sewer line that had some roots compromising it. We got a very fair price and it was scheduled in just a few days. Arriving on time with all the equipment needed and four men that worked together as a professional team. Luis and his team Javier, Jorge, and Juan were the best you could ask for. They worked nonstop through the day and had our sewer line replaced. As soon as the Arvada Inspector approved everything they backfilled the two deep holes and the entire area from the sidewalk, gutters in front of the house, the driveway, and the front yard were left in perfect condition. You couldn't even tell anything happened. What a great experience. Lest I forget to mention Lisa that scheduled our project, answered all my questions and followed up today to make sure everything went well. One more member of a great team. So glad I called Lisa! This business is so honest and compassionate. I called for an estimate because the 1st plumbers I had, charged $95.00 for snake and extra $250.. for camera. Which we had to wait for a different guy to come out to do the camera. The live camera was fuzzy. They said my clay line showed an offset. He said we needed to tear up the yard for repair. He was pushy about paying their high estimate and would drop the price if I made up my mind right away or the bid would go up! Sewer lines Only, estimate was much lower just over the phone. To verify her phone estimate, she sent Jimmy out to camera our line. Jimmie was great... his camera was crystal clear and showed no offset, so NO repair. Morgan and everyone at this company is great. I'm a consumer with high expectations for service, communication and performance. I also do my best to make my dollar stretch out. So, you can say I try my best to maximize what I get at the best price possible. With those factors in mind, you can't go wrong with SLO. My experience with them started with the estimator, Jimmy. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a bit geeky (in a good way). I love people that take their job really seriously. His communication was second to none. Then, the "front of the house" with Lisa is super friendly and communicative. The crew that performed the work was professional and allowed me to monitor their work (remember, I'm def not a hands off type of consumer). Finally, there were changes that needed to be made mid-stream, and SLO was always ready to be flexible. In all, my experience with SLO was great. Absolutely the most pleasant, accommodating company I have worked with in the real estate business. If ONLY every real estate involved service company was this thorough. Jackson is an ace. When we arrived at the house, there was a tag on the door that said our water had been turned off. I felt bad for wasting his time, but he actually said he would rather wait and see if the town could turn the water back on before he left. We ended up having a friendly neighbor lend us a hose, but it was Jackson who created the space I needed to find a neighbor. It’s hard to put gratitude into words, but I am grateful this company is in business. All in all, our pipes were FULL of roots, the machine left it looking almost brand new, I am not exaggerating. We were about to credit the new homebuyer $7000 for a sewer line replacement based on the initial scope. $350 is all it took to fix that. Highly recommended! I called Sewer Lines Only to get a quote for a damaged sewer line in a newly constructed home. Through the process I spoke with Lisa, Ian and Wyatt and my interactions with each of them was professional and timely. The scope of work called for the team to use a mini excavator to dig the approximately 7' hole in my back yard to make the repair. When the team arrived (on-time), the workers evaluated the situation and decided that attempting the excavator had the risk of damaging my house, so the team elected to hand-dig to the damaged area.
