I called SLO for an estimate to replace my entire line. I ultimately did not go with their bid due to price (though it was very close), but wanted to mention that I had a great experience with this company. The tech I had was Jimmy and I really feel he went out of his way to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explain what he saw when he inspected our line. It's difficult anymore to find people who are good with people and highly skilled at what they do, so I really appreciate the service I was given. (See More)

Jimmy came out and looked at my line, reviewed the videos the other company took, answered all my questions, explained how to maintain my sewer line and really explained what was urgent and what wasn't urgent. Sewer Lines Only was amazing from start to finish. We had a block in the sewer line at the tap to the city. The person who came to give us a proposal, Jimmy, was very educated on the subject and talked us through necessary repairs. He did not try to scare us into more substantial unnecessary repairs as other companies did. Once we decided to move forward, we were put on the schedule to have our work completed within a couple of days, narrowly avoiding a large backup in the house. The work itself was VERY well organized - from the office staff procuring the emergency permit with the city to the on-site Lead - everyone was fantastic (polite, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, etc.). The crew answered my questions and showed me the progress along the way. Overall, it was a really great experience from all aspects (timely, reasonable pricing, kind staff). Jimmy Workman came to our home to give us a 2nd Opinion about our sewer lines. He arrived on time, and was very courteous, and professional from the moment he walked into our house, until he left. His follow up communication was very thorough. We did not use Sewer Lines Only because the original company owned up to their mistake, and fixed the problem they created. However, my sister has used Sewer Lines Only, and was very happy with their work. We will definitely reach out to Jimmy at Sewer Lines Only in the future. My son recently had a problem with his basement backing up with water everywhere. We brought a plumber in, who scoped and cleaned the line. A day later we had the same problem. After another scope and cleaning by the same plumber, we were told that that the roots had pretty much destroyed the line and it would cost $12,000 to replace. We called Sewer Lines Only and Jimmy W. came out and scoped two different entry points to the line as well as the line itself. He showed me that the lines were clean, intact and relatively free of roots. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patiently explained what he found and gave a bunch of suggestions to maintain a clean line. He did this at no charge. This 5 star review all started when Jimmy came over after finishing a job on Friday evening. I just called that day for an estimate and he went way out of his way to see what we needed after typical work hours. This was not an emergency we are just updating a home for a rental and it was vacant. After arriving in just a few minutes he scoped the line and had a good solution to replace our sewer line that had some roots compromising it. We got a very fair price and it was scheduled in just a few days. Arriving on time with all the equipment needed and four men that worked together as a professional team. Luis and his team Javier, Jorge, and Juan were the best you could ask for. They worked nonstop through the day and had our sewer line replaced. As soon as the Arvada Inspector approved everything they backfilled the two deep holes and the entire area from the sidewalk, gutters in front of the house, the driveway, and the front yard were left in perfect condition. You couldn't even tell anything happened. What a great experience. Lest I forget to mention Lisa that scheduled our project, answered all my questions and followed up today to make sure everything went well. One more member of a great team. So glad I called Lisa! This business is so honest and compassionate. I called for an estimate because the 1st plumbers I had, charged $95.00 for snake and extra $250.. for camera. Which we had to wait for a different guy to come out to do the camera. The live camera was fuzzy. They said my clay line showed an offset. He said we needed to tear up the yard for repair. He was pushy about paying their high estimate and would drop the price if I made up my mind right away or the bid would go up! Sewer lines Only, estimate was much lower just over the phone. To verify her phone estimate, she sent Jimmy out to camera our line. Jimmie was great... his camera was crystal clear and showed no offset, so NO repair. Morgan and everyone at this company is great. Jimmy always does a great job, but yesterday he went above and beyond what any other sewer professional would have done! 2 other companies were unable to get through the line and its condition was unknown. Jimmy would not accept defeat and after several tries was able to reach the main city tap and preform a complete inspection. My client was not in a position to move forward with purchasing an unknown, but now is confidently moving forward. I'm a consumer with high expectations for service, communication and performance. I also do my best to make my dollar stretch out. So, you can say I try my best to maximize what I get at the best price possible. With those factors in mind, you can't go wrong with SLO. My experience with them started with the estimator, Jimmy. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a bit geeky (in a good way). I love people that take their job really seriously. His communication was second to none. Then, the "front of the house" with Lisa is super friendly and communicative. The crew that performed the work was professional and allowed me to monitor their work (remember, I'm def not a hands off type of consumer). Finally, there were changes that needed to be made mid-stream, and SLO was always ready to be flexible. In all, my experience with SLO was great. What you can't see can hurt you!! Especially if what you can see is water all over the basement floor and don't know why. Jimmy to the rescue. I had concerns about my main sewer line and potential roots hindering flow. Jimmy came out and explained everything about cast iron and clay pipes and what is "normal" versus "a problem". He did a camera inspection of the entire sewer line and had me watch with him. He explained every anomaly along the route and provided helpful recommendations for ensuring a healthy line. This company is awesome! From Lisa in the office to Jimmy the Sales guy to Ian the field superintendent and to the worker bees. They answer by phone, email, text within an hour of contacting them. Our sewer line had been crushed under the building footing causing a big problem with flow. It's a high end Boutique in the Cherry Creek area. Sewer Lines Only came in when on Sunday when we were closed and did all the work inside the store so we could be open for business on Monday. They put 2 crews on it and they worked together like a finely tuned race car. Billing was online and super simple to do. If you need sewer or water lines run, you can't go wrong with this company. Make sure you call Sewer Lines Only if you are having main line issues. I had a problem with a property in Denver - had a plumbing company come and try to snake the main line. They tried snaking for several hours and said that we had a belly in the main and that we needed a full line replacement for $13k. They were able to do it quickly - but I wanted to get a second estimate. I called Sewer Lines Only at 5pm and left a vm. They tried to call back but I wasn't able to answer. They then sent a text and we ended up talking at 615pm. We discussed the project and Morgan gave me a range that was better than the bid I had. We set up a formal estimate for the next day. Jimmy came by and ran the camera and he thought there was a good chance that the problem was only by the tap. They offered two estimates - one for just by the tap and one for a full replacement if needed ($9.2k - a 4K savings). We scheduled the repair. They came on time, did an exploratory dig and proved the problem was only at the tap. They finished ahead of schedule and only had to dig the road. We're selling an old house and the buyer's sewer inspector found a possible issue with the sewer line. The buyer was asking for a very expensive repair. We called Sewer Lines Only for an estimate and review. Two days later we met Jimmy, who looked over the existing video scope and gave us a very detailed analysis of what we were looking at. In short, he explained that there was really no issue with the sewer that needed repair and offered to provide further details to help us dispute the original inspection if need be. When we rebuilt our house 1 1/2 years ago our GC had a plumber run a camera down our sewer line to make sure that no construction debris had gotten into the line. He said the line was clear but that we still had clay pipes. I said that couldn't be true as we had replaced the sewer line about 4 year prior. He showed me his video and it showed clay pipes. I was furious! I had been ripped off! Charged $9k and they didn't even do the work! I tried to call the company that we had hired and they were out of business. I spoke to attorneys. I tried to track down the previous owners. No luck with any of it. I finally decided I would just have to pay to get it done, again, so I called Sewer Lines Only this past Saturday and they sent their employee, Jimmy Workman, out yesterday at 5:30pm to see what we needed to have done. Jimmy ran his scope down the line and showed me that the line had been replaced (what?). There were no clay pipes and everything looked great. What a relief! Don't know what the other plumber was talking about 1 1/2 years ago or whose sewer line he was showing me on video but ours was fine! Jimmy then spent another 45 minutes helping us to diagnose a different issue we were having and then left without charging us a penny! Very helpful, very professional, and very much appreciated! Your company and personnel far surpass the two other companies I had look at and snake/scope my sewer line. Your company invested time, knowledge, honesty, communication, real information, thorough assessment and appropriate solution. I own a 100 year old house. Wiring, plumbing, insulation - you name it, it's old. Someone has messed with it over the years but mostly it's ancient. I was fixing the shower and bath tub fixtures and this required getting into the wall behind it, accessible from the bedroom in the next room. Upon opening the wall I noticed the cast iron vent pipe appeared rusty. But it was more than rusty, it was paper thin and crumbled when you touched it. The picture I uploaded shows the rust if you look close. I tried to duct tape the holes until it was replaced - that didn't work very well! One hundred years or so of venting had completely corroded the pipe from the inside out. It needed replacing. Who do you call for this? I googled "sewerline repair service" and "Sewer Lines Only" came up. Looked like a perfect match. They came out relatively quickly and did a sewer line video scope. The scope revealed that the issue was only the old cast iron vent pipe. They gave me a quote to replace the cast iron section that needed to be replaced. I also got a quote from another plumber I knew. Sewer Lines Only's quote was not only less expensive, they were able to do the work quickly too. The finished job was excellent.
