Sewer Lines Only (SLO) will be the only sewer line company that ever steps foot on my property again- write that down...with a sharpie, in all CAPS. Jake showed up, was courteous, professional, patient with all of my questions, talked me through the video scope of my sewer line, and assured me that the condition of my pipes was in line with the age and location of my home in Green Mtn. No, there was no need for an emergency five-figure repair service (one tap location, not even a full sewer line repair), and I didn't need to discontinue the use of all the facilities in my home until that repair job was completed.
Jake took the time to describe the chain cleaning method that SLO uses, how that service could effectively treat the roots that were present in my lines, the time of year when that service would be most beneficial, and directed me to the SLO website where I learned about the winter pricing discounts that SLO offers.
I share a lot of home repair referrals with my circle of friends and colleagues- some of those notes are positive and some are negative. Not only will I be using SLO for my winter cleaining in a few months, but I'm also sending out a copy of Jake's card to about 15 of my friends and colleagues this morning that also own homes in the area, and will surely be needing the services that SLO provides in the future. What are those services exactly? SLO saves you the time of searching around through all the other vendors in town, honesty (Jake clearly let me know there wasn't anything SLO needed to do for me today), free and informative estimates and sewer scope, fair pricing, timely work, and never a sense of salesmanship or grift.

They had a much stronger understanding of engineering and problem solving than the previous company and provided a couple of more affordable options for us. We had an old cast iron and clay section of the main sewer line buried in the crawl space. Most companies wanted nothing to do with it or were charging an unreasonable amount of money. Sewer Lines Only sounded much more knowledgeable and specialized so we gave them a shot after the quote came in at a good price. This crew did not disappoint and got the job done. They were very friendly, professional, and prompt. The new line is now suspended in the crawl space for easy access in the future. We have discovered an honest company called Sewer Lines Only. They were highly recommended by my next door neighbor, and they are excellent. We had a broken sewer line. Sewer Lines Only gave us a free rough estimate by phone. They came out promptly and inspected our sewer line (for free!), and quickly emailed us a bid that contained ALL the details. There was NO pressure to accept the bid, no big "emergency". And they were much less expensive than another company we had spoken with. Throughout the process, everyone was very knowledgeable, and patiently took time to explain everything so we could understand. SLO replaced my main sewer pipe. It was a major overhaul for a house i just bought, as tree roots had destroyed my sewer line over the last few decades. A couple earth-movers dug 6 feet down and my backyard looked like a warzone within a couple hours. But by the end of day 2, it was like they had never even been there, as they had replaced all the dirt and left it appearing as they had found it! My new sewer line is now working perfectly, and I am worry free again. One other thing I will endorse is how well-organized this company is, compared to all the other contractors I am working with. I would recommend SLO to any of my friends and family! Each step of the process was professional and clear. The quote I received was reasonable and in line with the other estimates I received. Each employee I worked with had great customer service skills and explained what they saw in their scope. I did not feel pressured to go with them either after the quote was provided. Finally, one of the biggest reasons I chose them is they were clean. The other two places who gave estimates left yucky stuff from the sewer scope on our floor and did not clean it up. So many 5 stars can't be wrong, the stars speak for themselves. Great company We been having issues with our main sewer line backing up, in time the line had to be inspected by other companies and clear a few times, the problem continue, I finally requested a video inspection of sewer and found out that the clay joints have dislocated and tree roots were intruding the system as well as some holes on the bottom of the clay pipe, unable to fix the problem other companies offered to run a sleeve inside the pipes to patch the holes but that was not an option for me, that would be a patch only and the roots eventually would push down on sleeve and problem back on. I did not want a patch. I have been plumbing for well over 30 years, I don't leave in Colorado so that was no help for me and I was not trying to fix the issue on my own instead find a reputable company that will go and replace the sewer line instead of patching the holes. I started looking for someone, I made some phone calls to the planning department and they were unable to recommend anyone so I found Sewer Lines Only. I contacted the company for the first time, after reviewing their information I felt comfortable with their presentation on their website and the response time and professionalism that I received immediately. Lisa their project manager became in contact with me and made arrangements to go to the property and do a diagnostic and analyze our situation and find a solution, soon after that phone call they went ahead and scoped the sewer line and found the problems as previously explained, they offer a replacement of sewer main line as I wanted to do without hesitation. Their technicians were great, all very professional, not in a hurry they had to go back a few times and never complained about it , soon after that they provide me with an estimate to complete the repairs and the price was absolutely right, it was less than other companies and much more professional, from paperwork to every person that I talked to. My sister relied on me to find this kind of help because she did not know what to do, so I was happy that I made the right decision in finding Sewer Lines Only. The job was completed, they obtained the needed permits from city and all repairs were done. I recommend Sewer Lined Only to anyone that need a sewer system replaced, as I mentioned before I have been plumbing and replacing sewer systems for well over 30 years and was not easy to trust just anyone with this project, they meet my expectations and more, I even mentioned that I wish I had a company as good as they are close to me to use their services every time I needed one. Sewer Lines Only is the best company for all your sewer needs. I recommend them to anyone needing something done with their sewer or who may need a sewer company in the future. They are very good at what they do and getting back to you when you call for their service. We had needed to have our sewer looked at for repairs to sell our house, so we needed someone to give us a quote ASAP. I called Ian and his voicemail mail said he was on vacation until the next day, so I sent him a text message expecting my situation assuming he would get back to me when he got back from vacation, but he got back to me with in the hour and said to send over the video from the inspector and he would look at it. Then he got back to me with what he thought we would need to have done with in a half hour or so and had Jackson one of his technicians out to our house the next morning at 11AM to look at our sewer. Jackson was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, answered all our questions, and had a quote for us by that evening. He didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need and explained The whole process as to what they would have to do to fix our sewer line and how they determined that. He also explained why we would only need a partial repair to our sewer line instead of having to have the entire sewer line replaced, when we were told by someone else we would probably need our whole sewer line replaced. I am developing a sink hole in my backyard, so I had Sewer Lines Only come out to do an inspection of my sewer line to see where the issue could be. I was able to get a quick appointment at a time that fit my needs, the tech (Tyler) came out to my home on time, took his time in cleaning my sewer line, taking pictures of my system and letting me know where all the lines were located. The final results were to my liking since he didn't see any issues with my lines (plus I got a sewer clean which were cleaned right up to the inner piping) at the same time, which the previous company didn't do a very good job of cleaning 5 months prior). Tyler answered all of my questions, guided me along the process, and explained all that he saw. He did a fantastic job of cleaning up, sending me the reports and letting me know the sink hole has nothing to do with my lines. Made me feel better. Billing was quick and easy. This is the second time I used Sewer Lines Only - this time I had a hot water baseboard line in the basement concrete floor that had a leak. The biggest challenge was finding where the actual leak was occuring. The team came in and used plastic to seal off all of the dust from the jack hammering. They did several test holes and found where it was - dug out what was needed and replaced the pipe / fixed all the concrete / cleaned up the area and completed the job in 6 hours. (See More)

I had used Sewer Lines Only to replace about 30 feet of sewer lines a few years back and they quoted me a price so much better than a competing service that I recommend them to anyone who might have sewer issues now. For this time out, I thankfully had a smaller problem of clogged pipes that could be cleared and as the technician explained, they use a chain knocker system that better clears the full diameter of the pipe. My entire experience with Sewer Lines Only was wonderful. It started with Ian over yelp to schedule a camera of my completely clogged sewer line. They were able to send Jackson out the next day who identified the problem near the sewer tap in the alley, marked the area, and recommended I call Denver Water to make sure it wasn't an issue with the main line they would take care of at no charge. Denver Water came out within an hour and of course confirmed it wasn't an issue with the main line. I sent a message to Ian and he had Lisa, their project coordinator contact me first thing in the morning and had the quote ready to go for the repair (reasonable price and way under what the commercial companies would charge). She was able to get me on the schedule for the repair that Friday (today). They completed the job in about 6 hours including the inspection, explained the issue was a huge root ball that took out the sewer pipe at the tap, and ran the camera back through to confirm the entire line was good to go. The entire process complete within a few days all in the same week, greatly appreciated as we could barely run water or flush the toilet without it gurgling and backing up. The person who came to give us a proposal, Jimmy, was very educated on the subject and talked us through necessary repairs. He did not try to scare us into more substantial unnecessary repairs as other companies did. Once we decided to move forward, we were put on the schedule to have our work completed within a couple of days, narrowly avoiding a large backup in the house. The work itself was VERY well organized - from the office staff procuring the emergency permit with the city to the on-site Lead - everyone was fantastic (polite, knowledgeable, patient with my questions, etc.). the entire team is amazing. from the first time i called to compare quotes of various companies, i knew this was the company to go with. they answered every question, were on time for everything, responded to every email immediately and did the job at a fraction of the cost of another big name company. jackson is amazing. i read about him in other reviews and that was a big reason i called sewer lines only. he did not disappoint. i needed a full sewer line replacement, which the other company quoted at $22-25k. i asked why and they simply said: because we do it right. when jackson came out, he gave me a much more thorough assessment and an honest quote – about $9,500. the other company tried to sales pitch me and the kid on the phone tried to mansplain the situation. i told the big name rep that no matter what he said, i wasn't going to give him $20k. i asked jackson if his quote was for pipe bursting or a full trench and he said that the rate would not fluctuate. he did everything he could to make a case to the city of denver that the less invasive pipe bursting method would be used so as not to wreck the lawn and a large rv slab of concrete out back. it worked and there is but a small scar from a trench in the backyard. this is probably the longest review i have ever written, but this is probably one of the best companies of any kind that i have ever worked with. simply amazing and honest people. for a job this big, it feels good to work with people you can trust. i cannot recommend them enough. i give them a 10k star review. This company is awesome! From Lisa in the office to Jimmy the Sales guy to Ian the field superintendent and to the worker bees. They answer by phone, email, text within an hour of contacting them. Our sewer line had been crushed under the building footing causing a big problem with flow. It's a high end Boutique in the Cherry Creek area. Sewer Lines Only came in when on Sunday when we were closed and did all the work inside the store so we could be open for business on Monday. They put 2 crews on it and they worked together like a finely tuned race car. Billing was online and super simple to do. If you need sewer or water lines run, you can't go wrong with this company. Make sure you call Sewer Lines Only if you are having main line issues. I had a problem with a property in Denver - had a plumbing company come and try to snake the main line. They tried snaking for several hours and said that we had a belly in the main and that we needed a full line replacement for $13k. They were able to do it quickly - but I wanted to get a second estimate. I called Sewer Lines Only at 5pm and left a vm. They tried to call back but I wasn't able to answer. They then sent a text and we ended up talking at 615pm. We discussed the project and Morgan gave me a range that was better than the bid I had. We set up a formal estimate for the next day. Jimmy came by and ran the camera and he thought there was a good chance that the problem was only by the tap. They offered two estimates - one for just by the tap and one for a full replacement if needed ($9.2k - a 4K savings). We scheduled the repair. They came on time, did an exploratory dig and proved the problem was only at the tap. They finished ahead of schedule and only had to dig the road. I can’t say enough about what an amazing job Sewer Lines Only did to repair and replace my sewer line! They were on time, courteous, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was extremely worried I was going to lose a beautiful tree that was right over my sewer line, but Sewer Lines Only took extra care and time to save my tree! To my surprise, they also replanted some plants that had to be dug up in order to get to the line. was out of the country in Columbia when i found out my sewer line under my basement floor was cracked. Luckily i had a friend in Denver who takes care of my place. I got a few estimates and Sewer Lines Only got back to me either the same day or early the next morning with an estimate and were available to answer questions. I asked them if they could redo the estimate adding some additional work. The other person i got an estimate from took days and i had to call them back to get them to put it together. Sewer Lines Only gave me confidence that they were on top of things. They got back to me the same day with the new estimate and i scheduled them to do the work, which they said would take approximately two days. They showed up the day the were scheduled and got it done in two days. This is very rare in Denver. My friend said they were very professional and the work looked great. I own a 100 year old house. Wiring, plumbing, insulation - you name it, it's old. Someone has messed with it over the years but mostly it's ancient. I was fixing the shower and bath tub fixtures and this required getting into the wall behind it, accessible from the bedroom in the next room. Upon opening the wall I noticed the cast iron vent pipe appeared rusty. But it was more than rusty, it was paper thin and crumbled when you touched it. The picture I uploaded shows the rust if you look close. I tried to duct tape the holes until it was replaced - that didn't work very well! One hundred years or so of venting had completely corroded the pipe from the inside out. It needed replacing. Who do you call for this? I googled "sewerline repair service" and "Sewer Lines Only" came up. Looked like a perfect match. They came out relatively quickly and did a sewer line video scope. The scope revealed that the issue was only the old cast iron vent pipe. They gave me a quote to replace the cast iron section that needed to be replaced. I also got a quote from another plumber I knew. Sewer Lines Only's quote was not only less expensive, they were able to do the work quickly too. The finished job was excellent. They left some tree branches (these had to be cut in order for the backhoe to work) in the yard. When I called about it, they apologized, came out promptly, and removed the debris. Their truck left some oil stains on my driveway, which they also came out and cleaned. These people do first class work. I had called four other companies for evaluation of the problem and cost estimates. I'm glad that I did because the solutions and cost estimates varied greatly. We hired Sewer Lines Only for a full sewer line replacement after consulting with 3-4 other companies that offer similar services. Ian was the tech that we worked with and he came across as honest and professional. He provided us with a number of different options for a full or partial repair which allowed us to make an informed decision. We decided to go with pipe bursting the full sewer line. On the day the crew arrived, I was informed there had been a slight change of plans. A decision had been made to trench some of the line and pipe burst the rest due to a potential belly forming under a section of the line. Although it wasn't exactly what we were originally expecting, we were grateful that they choose the best long-term solution for us even though it required more work on their end. After being told by Plumbline that we needed to replace our entire sewer line and it would be $22,000, I was incredibly grateful to get a second opinion by Sewer Lines Only. They excavated and were able to extract a giant root snake that had developed in the line. They used a great new product called the “Clogg Dogg” that very few companies have. Ian was right on time. He scoped the entire 120' clay line all the way to the city tie-in, marking that location. He explained everthing that he was saw in the line including that after about 25 feet of 4" line there is a connection to a 6" line that continued the rest of the way. It turned out that what another company (not on Angies List) told me was a break or partial collapse was actually a root ball in the 6" section that could be addressed in a couple other ways. I met Wyatt for my consultation, and they blew the competitors pricing by almost $10,000!! Same scope of work, plus they helped me to move new sod from a landscaping project I was in the middle of, moved it back after completion. Fixed sprinkler lines they had to cut through. The crew (Armondo I think was the lead guy) his crew was great. Arrived bright and early the day they started, and worked almost 12 hours. Got 90% done that same day. Came back to finish a few things the next day, and filled the hole in my street a few days after that and repaired the asphalt. They were nice, professional, and answered any questions I had during the process. It was really cool to see how they did it, left my yard as good as they could once they left. Even told me that after the winter when my dirt settles where it was trenched, they would bring me a truck of soil to help even it out so that I could finish my sod where the trench had to be dug. Ian came out the very next day and before giving me any quotes he recommended I have the line re-scoped after hearing what roto-rooter had recommended. I had two other bids and then contacted Sewer lines only. They had the lowest bid and that is not the only reason that I selected them. They have their own crew that does the work from beginning to end. They started on time and finished on time. We were not inconvenienced while they replaced the sewer line in my basement. They also installed two clean-outs in my front yard and did a camera inspection and also ran a 4" snake to clean out the line to the center of the road and also to the house. The yard and sprinkler system lines were repaired and I only have about a 4-6' spot in the lawn where they put the clean-outs. That task only took about 2 hours. Clean-up in the house was good. We recently needed a sewer cleanout installed in the front of the house due to a home inspection that revealed a semi-clogged line. There was urgency for the job to be done quickly due to a pending sale of home and the job was estimated over the phone and scheduled for completion within a few days. The field crew did an outstanding job of getting the 3 foot deep hole dug out by hand with minimal disruption to the surrounding landscaping. I needed my original clay sewer line replaced before I went ahead with re-doing the landscaping in my backyard. I called several companies and they were the best offer around. Did a great job! They even had to move my chicken coop around to complete the job and put it all back together. Selling house and inspection found a sag/belly in our sewer line that needed fixing. Needed the work performed quickly and received several quotes. Greg arrived at the house and gave us the most reasonable quote and said his crew could perform and complete the work in a day that same week. After a delay due to torrential rain, the crew started the work but found the pipeline was buried much deeper than normal (11-12 feet down). This added another day before the work was complete. The crew did an amazing job considering where the pipe ran (underneath a tree and flower beds). The project leader, Wyatt, kept us informed of the progress and was in constant touch throughout. On completion he then performed and recorded a camera video of the sewer line for us. Considering the conditions and problems that arose, Sewer Line Only performed a great job and kept to the quoted price. I recently sold a rental home in south east Denver. During the sale the buyers had the sewer line scoped and found several breaks along the line.
