We had a very successful experience with ARS. John D. was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service in the area of sales. John R. and the tech who assisted him worked tirelessly throughout the day to remove the old and to install the new HVAC system. They took the time to demonstrate the process for operating the new thermostat and for changing the filter. Dennis S. and Don H. provided professional expertise in plumbing as they removed the old and installed the new hot water heater. We are very pleased with the service we received. (See More)

This is about John Dove who is a Comfort Advisor with ARS of Laurel. Mr. Dove responded within 24 hours to our need to address an HVAC replacement. He arrived early in the morning as was arranged. He reviewed clearly our options and clearly laid out the costs of the system we selected. He also made a last minute adjustment in our order regarding filters.
