Absolutely the worst company to deal with as far as heat and ac. Customer service is absolutely terrible and technicians are irresponsible and liars. 4 days no heat for senior citizens. And I will add whole unit is a year old and under warranty with ARS. People in the offices do not care. Tammy and Robin especially. Stay away and call anyone else. Personally, I am now dealing with the corporate office and personal lawyer. (See More)

I left a message for Robin to call me within 30 mins she returned my call she knew what I was calling about and she expressed regret for my issue. Robin , Annie and the tech Marvin I have nothing but good words to say about them. If all company showed this much concern to their customers. Call ARS in Laurel, Md. they stand by their guarantees I have nothing but good things to say about them.. (See More)

I was very upset with ARS after not getting a call from John D. Annie called to let me know my part would be in the next day and the tech will be there to install it. Annie is a very professional and made me feel that ARS takes care of their customers. When I told her I wanted to let someone know how great she is she replied taking care of you is all I need. ARS should be proud to know they have a employee like Annie.. (See More)

I certainly had my share of issues with ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel, but Robin M. the Quality Assurance Manager worked hard to make things right. She cleaned up administrative errors of those who went before her and ensured that my account displayed the correct maintenance agreement terms. I am grateful for her help. (See More)

I had purchased a new HVAC unit from ARS and was experiencing an ongoing issue for over a year, I was connected with Robin and throughout the process of getting my issues resolved , Robin provided excellent customer service above and beyond my expectations. Robin faithfully checked in to ensure my issue was fixed and continued to call and email to make sure the service was provided and my expectations were met. Throughout the process she was always pleasant and reassuring that I would be satisfied at the end. My appreciation and gratitude are beyond what I am writing as it does not give Robin the thanks she truly deserve. Robin is a tremendous asset to ARS Laurel and I was very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with her. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Robin has proven she is one who cares and is committed to just that Excellent Customer Service. the technicians was somewhat unsure of our concerns but she was pleasant and professional. she did as she promised and forwarded our info to the appropriste person. However, my husband has a problem with Ashley on speaking to him over the phone she was unpleasant and unprofessional although she asked how she provide him with professional service. Robin on the other hand was soft spoken and kind and seems concern about our problems and it was resolved expeditiously even thourht it seems like a long time before she returned my call. nevertheless, I was satisfied with the way this matter was handled. The AC at our home is only 3 years old and the fan motor went out , parts and labor are covered under the warranty and a financial error was made and I became frustrated after call ARS as well as Carrier Cooperate Office. I called many times to speak to Robin, the quality manager and she quickly resolved the issue for us with grace and kindness. Kudos to Robin and the people who answered the many phone calls I made. My day ended being less frustrated. Thanks ARD Rescue Rooter for excellent customer service. (See More)
