ARS PROVIDED PROMPT SERVICE FOR A FURNACE FIX THAT ENDED UP BEING UNDER A FREE 10 YR WARRANTY FOR PARTS AND LABOR. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WHO RESEARCHED THE ACCT AND SCHEDULED THE APPT WERE EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE TECH, ANDREW A*******, WAS PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WELL EXPERIENCED IN WORKING ON THE FURNACE AS WELL AS THE RESETTING OF THE THERMOSTAT. This is about Dennis Shifflett who installed a new water heater in our house. He arrived while our new HVAC system was being installed which was an advantage to us to deal with this disruption in one day. He efficiently set up his procedures for removing the old heater and installing the new. He kept his work clean, informed us about the new heater and its operation, and what we would need to do to get our system back to normal. We were very pleased with his service and would recommend him highly and his partner Don, whose last name I cannot recall (Sorry, Don). (See More)

Very disappointed. I spent $7,000 on my unit about 4 years ago and it has broken down 3 or 4 times. We have had nothing but trouble. Feb 2018 it broke down and they said it was not covered under the warranty and came out twice to fix it at $500 each time. Now the unit broke again, so I called another company. I have been told ARS did not install the unit properly and all of the wires have burned up in the unit. Very unhappy and would never recommend ARS to anyone. (See More)
