ARS Technician Michael Swope. was outstanding, 6 days before the July 4, my AC stop working and needed to new part which would take several days During that time the weather was scheduled to be 90 degrees. Mike made sure my family had AC until the part arrived. He installed a temp part and the next 10 day our family was nice and cool.
