I had a problem with my gas furnace. ARS sent Robbie to diagnosis the problem. Robin did a great job in diagnosing the issue and explaining alternatives. I elected to look at a new system since my system was 11 years old. Robbie set up a comfort advisor to come to my home, Bill, within two hours. Bill was very knowledgeable and assisted me in selecting a new system and scheduled an insulation the next day. Tom and Brian showed up promptly at 9:00 and installed, tested and educated my wife and I on the new system. It was white glove service from start to finish. I have been with General Heating, now ARS for over 20 years and this team was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend ARS for all your HVAC needs. (See More)

Ed Howser was my sales rep. Tom, John, and Jaime did the install of my gas furnace and air conditioner. I could not be happier. Ed is a kind and professional straight shooter that really knows his stuff. He worked out a deal and financing for me that suited our needs.
Tom, John, and Jaime are a great install team. I could tell from the first minute they walked in and sized up the job that it would be a professional team effort. That initial expectation matched the rest of the job. Clean install with a great explanation. They arrived promptly and finished the job on time. Clearly, they are skilled craftsmen who care.

Tom worked through some difficult isssues during the install. A 114 year home is not an easy install. The new AC unit was a "beast" to get into the yard. He did a great job managing my expectations and obtaining the help he needed to make this system work. I am very happy with the work that Tom and and his assistants did at my home. We had to have our inside and outside heat pump replaced. Edward Howser was the salesman who came to our house. He did a great job explaining the Carrier Greenspeed infinity unit. We had 3 companies come and give us estimates. ARS of Laurel came in well below the other estimates. Tom Poole was our installer. I felt bad for Mr. Poole, because he was in the hot attic for hours. The company did a great job. They came when they said they would and even called to let me know how far away they were. They returned my calls promptly. After I signed the contract, I read negative reviews on the internet and became worried. I had nothing to worry about, they did a great job and I saved a lot of money. I asked the salesman why their estimate was so much lower and he told me because they are a national company they get bigger discounts from Carrier. Tom P./John S. were dynamite. I was impressed with how they transformed my space with a magnificent machine. I went to work at 11am and they were removing my system. When I returned at 4:15pm there was this machine in the basement that had already started cooling my house. Tom gave me the 101 class but I know I will need to read the manual for the thermostat to familiarize myself. Tom was funny, like a child with a new toy. But it s now mine.

We replaced /Upgraded our entire AC unit/furnace. The first visit was with John M. the comfort advisor.He spent an hour 1/2 with us and explained all the different units.He was very knowledgeable and very professional and honest. The rest of the crew that installed the unit were John D.,Charlie P.,John S. and Tom P. very professional,and their work ethic is excellent.It was a huge job. Things went very smoothly. I thank all of them for a job well done.They explained the new system and thermostat unit. I also was surprised we got 3 carbon monoxide detectors too....
