Mike and Fred were on time neat and efficient when installing my heat pump. It was a hard job, small space big equipment but they completed the job like it was easy. Mike and Fred were superb in every respect. They added a second zone to our Carrier Infinity system prior to us beginning framing for a new finished basement. Every detail was masterfully accomplished. This was a particularly tricky job, given the existing equipment layout, but we couldn t be more pleased with the duct work and dampers for the new zone. They were very organized, tidy and professional. I would recommend Mike and Fred for any ARS job. They are that good. (See More)

ARS provided professionalism and customer respect from the very beginning. Earl of sales was on time for our appointment, answered my questions, quickly gathered project measurements, and provided all the informational brochures I requested on the HVAC equipment I wanted to have installed. ARS Installers arrived as scheduled and moved quickly to carefully setup, remove my failed systems and professionally install, test, and review my new systems with me. Working in two-men teams, Mike and Fred installed my lower level gas-fired furnace and A/C system, While John and Cordell worked to get my new attic Heat Pump system up and running. I am very happy with the equipment, the installations, and how well the ARS Sales and Installers worked together from contract signing to completion on this two-zone full HVAC replacement project in my home. We had a host of awful issues with our HVAC, which was only a year old but had not been properly installed. ARS did their best to fix the problems and work with our so-called manufacturer's warranty, but we eventually had to install a new system. ARS gave us a credit for all of the work they had already done, which was a nice reduction in price, and got the system installed literally the next day. The new HVAC system is amazing - the difference between our old and new system is like night and day. The ARS guys were all great. They were friendly, professional, and did a good job cleaning up after themselves. (See More)
