AA Service installed my air conditioner about 20 years ago, and they've been servicing it ever since -- and there's a reason for that. They always respond to any issues in a timely manner, their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and their service technicians and installers have got to be the best in the business. Today I finally had to have my 20-year-old unit replaced, and I was fortunate to work with yet another wonderful team -- Eric, Gerard and Ricky. Honestly, I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it is working with this company. Not only is their service top-notch, but they always go the extra mile to ensure their customers' complete satisfaction. Hire these guys -- they're the best! You can't do any better. (See More)

I would highly recommend AA Service Co Heating & Cooling, totally highly pleased and happy with the service and install. Reviews on the company convinced me to give them a call for an estimate.Scott K (friendly and personable) came out in July to evaluate and provided various options and price. Total cost was a hugh factor. He answered questions and explained clearly so I had a clear understanding of the various option systems and what would take place. (No pressure)Dave A and Eric S arrived promptly at scheduled time to install furnace and AC unit They're friendly and very professional. They worked so meticulously organized and orderly. Great team work and working partnership. Dave A handled the furnace and Eric S handled the AC taking apart the old and installing the new. Impressed with their skills, knowledge, expertise and that they are seasoned installer's with many years and with the company. They did a terrific job ...running new coolant drip lines for the AC and Furnace vents, water line, electrical. After install completed units were turned on to run for heat and cooling. New Furnace install - Fantastic! Jeremy H. & Eric S. did a great job, arrived on time, removed old furnace (18 yo Carrier installed by AA Service as well) - 5 hrs later New Carrier furnace up & running including new venting out the side of the house. All areas worked in were cleaned up before they left. We have used AA Service Co for over 20 years for the maintenance & installation of our HVAC. They are an honest, friendly, quality company with great follow-thru & customer service. P.S. Their annual service contracts are worth every penny too. (See More)

This is regarding the purchase and installation of both an AC and furnace system. I have been a long time customer of AA Service for 15-20+ years and longer. The consistent excellent service on routine maintenance in summer/winter was one of the final deciding factors to go with AA Service for my new system. I did an extensive amount of research.. Scott was my salesmen and was extremely thorough. He answered all my questions and came to my house a few times. I wanted to ensure I had a solid, experienced installation team to couple the equipment selection. Dave A, Dave and Erik were the assigned install team. These guys did an amazing job. They clearly were seasoned experts. Showed up as expected, took care with tarps and boards to ensure floors and carpets weren't damaged..They went to work and knew exactly what they were doing.. They explained the equipment at the end of the install and answered questions as I asked.. I HIGHLY recommend AA for all your HVAC needs.. New install and ongoing service and support. You will not be sorry.. In ALL my years I have never had a bad experience with a tech or the folks in the office.. Kudos to all the folks I mention above. (See More)

We have been longtime customers of AA Service, so when it came time to replace our heating and airconditioning unit (even AA can't keep them running forever!) we were confident that we were dealing with the best. They provided many options and all the information we needed to choose the best equipment for our needs, at the best price, and be in compliance with the 2007 energy bill that goes into effect May 2013. Eric, Jason and Victor from AA Service Heating and Cooling just installed a new Carrier furnace and air conditioner in my condo. Absolutely excellent job! They arrived on time, set up their equipment, got to work, finished the installation quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything. Pleasant to work with, professional and polite. I have been using AA Service for about 10 years to service my furnace and air conditioning systems and they have always done an excellent job. I also had them install a Carrier furnance and air conditioner in my previous condo. Again, excellent job! Highly recommend. (See More)
