To Whom It May Concern, this was my second time using this company. However, after shopping around and having different companies come out to assess the problem with my HVAC unit, your company ended up securing the business.
On February 4, 2021, the technician named (Joshua) arrived to evaluate the unit and the cost of repairs. I must say, hands down, he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, demonstrated a level of passion for his job, which was so refreshing to witness, while trying to resolve the issue. Also he had a great sense of humor.
Lastly, I receive a disturbing call advising me of the death of a very close friend. Joshua paused from what he was doing and displayed a level of empathy that was very endearing to me. In our world today, you rarely come across people like Joshua and companies like Wright-Bilt Sytems.

Great customer service! From the initial call and scheduling with Crystal to the services received from the various technicians - Josh, Tyler and the last two technicians who came out; everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Unfortunately, I have been without air a few days this summer due to needing a blower motor & capacitor. However, Wright-Bilt diagnosed the problems and provided quality and quick services. Had my regularly scheduled checkup for this Summer. My techs were really clean, personable and professional. Told me all was well with my downstairs unit and gave me a bunch of things I could do to maximize the life of my units. He went right to work on these proactive measures, explained everything along the way, and my units should be good to go for the foreseeable future.
My upstairs system on the other hand had to have the evaporator coils and the outside compressor replaced. The install techs showed up at the time and date we agreed to and got my new unit up and running! I would highly recommend Wright Built and especially my preventative maintenances team. They took the time to review all my options and offered multiple solutions.
I can't say enough good things about the entire team from the bi-annual technician, Candice in customer service and the installation team. I'd recommend this group to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Keep up the good work! I'm a customer for life! Wright-Bilt Systems Team. 04/07/19 |

Mark S.. was great. Friendly,knowledgable and made sure that I understood what was wrong and asked if I had any questions. he said I could call him anytime I wanted if I had further questions. This impressed my a lot. He even squeezed me in at the last moment. I have one of these home warranty deals and he was so patient with the lady on the other end of the phone. I will never use any company other than Wright-Bilt for our heating and air service, purchases, or repairs. The very first time I called Wright-Bilt it was the peak of hot and our air had gone out. I was positive it would be a day or two before anyone could come out but to my surprise I was able to have service that day! It was a relief as my husband is disabled/bedridden and suffers from multiple issues one of which is a bacterial infection in his blood that is antibiotic resistant. If he gets over heated
It will manifest rapidly and could be fatal. I was so grateful. Everyone was polite, considerate and extremely professional. I think my technician was Josh and he explained everything so I could understand. When he came in to go over the invoice and check the vents he noticed one was not properly in place, it never was, and he made it his mission to make adjustments in the metal and it is still in place today.
