Thank you, Cody and Ray for the good install of our new mini split. They did a very good job with all the extra modifications necessary, also with explaining the process and directions for use. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Even left the workspace clean and clear! We are very grateful for their professional service, they are a big "plus" to Wolfgang's reputation of excellent technicians and staff. Phoenix arrived on time, was wearing mask/booties and complied with social distancing at all times. He was polite and took the time to answer all of our questions and it was obvious he knew AC and exactly what to do on our job which was a major project. Our residence is an older home and needed a new roof AC/ductwork and thermostat, in other words, it was a LOT of work. Despite this, the 110 degree weather and needing to be in attic/outside and on roof he was upbeat, friendly and professional. There were a few minor optimization items afterwards and they were immediately scheduled and fixed by Derek, Phoenix and Jordan. The owners even came by to make sure everything was perfect. Every person we dealt with at Wolfgang's was amazing. We highly recommend Phoenix and Wolfgang Cooling and Heating to anyone looking for a new AC or to fix problems. My air conditioner broke during a 111 degree day. As always Wolfgang comes within a couple of hours. They determined the unit was toast and I need a new unit. Within an hour John arrived and talked about units and pricing. We agreed on a price but could not get scheduled for a few days. John provided a temporary unit to get us until installation day. The next day Phoenix arrived with the unit; by himself. He wrestled two units and installed the loaner. This kid worked his ass off in the direct sun. Very impressive. Phoenix P. 07/08/20 |

Derrick B came out to help me with out a/c. First of all he let me know when he was 30 mins out and was on the early end of the estimated time frame. Very knowledgeable and professional. He was very clear with explaining my issues in a way the average joe can understand. Showed me photos of the issues with my unit and got me all fixed up! Would defiantly suggest Wolfgangs. This was our second time using Wolfgang's to replace
a Heat Pump. We have two units and in 2012 they replaced one existing unit with a Trane and we have been completely satisfied so when it came time to replace the second unit we called Wolfgang's. John Pisani whom we had worked with previously completed an analysis of our needs and provided three options he felt would work best. Excellent installation team, Ray, Cody, Phoenix and Derrick were punctual, worked well together and were very efficient. They answered all out questions, demonstrated use of programmable thermostats, and were meticulous in caring for and respectful of our home during the installation of multiple units. We’ve had issues with our thermostat since we moved in nearly three years ago and have had several repairmen out from different companies. None have been able to find the problem until Chris from Wolfgang’s Cooling and Heating came out yesterday. Wolfgang's has been my A/C & Heating repair and service company since 1993 (approximately). Service, responsiveness and validity of their service has been impeccable. Highly recommend them for everything.
January 19, 2020, I purchased two new HVAC units for my Biltmore condo. Huge purchase. Obtained three bids. Their bid, offered by Brian K was competitive and spent the time to explain the bid, came out to the house several times and followed up on the decision. The service installers ( Derrick B, Ray, Cody & Phoenix) were superb. We had a little snafu in the beginning because of my scheduling, but they were patient beyond reasonable.. All four of them installed the two units from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm without a glitch. They were clean, neat, efficient, courteous and expeditious in their work. I had consulted with my service man from their company who comes twice a year for maintenance for advice on the system since he knew my house. Really helpful. I highly encourage purchasing any new equipment from Wolfgang's, as well as using their bi-annual maintenance program. Gail Z.

First of all I apologize for submitting a review so late. Brian Knoblock Comfort Consultant was very informative and professional. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Derrick and Phoenix performed the install of my air/heating unit. Krissie, my Whoodle (Wheaten Terrier and Poodle mix) was instantly attached to them. It was a long day but they kept me updated on their progress. They were always professional and I loved their sense of humor. The day was hot and as long as I could hear them, I figured they did not succumb to heat exhaustion. At the end of the day, Derrick took the time to review the thermostat controls, set up my app & sync, and then answered questions. Brian, Derrick, and Phoenix were prompt, wore clothing identifying them with Wolfgang, and provided business cards. They were respectful of my messy house. I was very impressed that they cleaned up after the installation. My new unit is quiet and saving me money. Ironically, after the attic access was installed, my water softener began running constantly and I discovered the water flow around 2 am. All the attic access done a few hours before separated from the ceiling. This is not the first time P&S with their Melvin's, have been the cause of water damage. It took another couple months but my laundry room is repaired. I am confident in the work performed by Derrick and Phoenix. The work was also reviewed and having expert technicians doing the work is a comfort. I can't say enough to describe the air/heating work that was done plus Brian did all the work for my rebate. It's been a few years since leaving the review below. I guess google only allows for 1 review. Before I start my second review, I wanted to note that I've very satisfied with the communication that and promptness that seems to be a core value for Wolfgang's when scheduling, confirming appointments, and showing up at the communicated time.
Joe Noyes came out to check a concern that I had with my system. Upon showing up, he did a great job of troubleshooting the system to determine the possible issue. Very informative letting me know what he was looking at and why. Also gave me a lot of choices on how to address it. He was very professional and left another very good impression upon me about Wolfgang's being a solid company that is trustworthy that is not just there to check the boxes but is really involved and seeking the best solution for their customers.
2017
In my case, I had a previous company (not Wolfgang's) bad installer which left an incomplete job. Mike Stout (Wolfgang's) checked most everything he could and called Trane to help investigate what was done by my previous guy. He listened and walked me through during the troubleshooting process and called various people to confirm information he was unsure about. Lastly, he took a good amount of time to coordinate a visit with two other representatives in order to make sure this got the attention it needed.
