The service tech Matt never gave me any options for going forward once he determined that my furnace was too old to service. He made assumptions and took things apart then left my system right in the middle of the service call. Then Manager Larry called made allegations of aspestos which were false per other oil company's inspection And he was very confrontational and aggressive toward me which was very offensive. . I had high hopes for a relationship with Wilson's which never transpired. I was very disappointed. (See More)
