The team did an excellent job installing a new furnace. The were on time and kept the work area clean. They redid all the pipe work to make the new unit more maintenance friendly (which will be a benefit to them as well). We had an initial control issue with the unit - they were back out after hours to make the adjustments needed. (See More)

Have been with Wilson Oil & Propane since we moved back in 1998. Purchased new system and oil tank from them and have maintained a service plan since day one. What a great company and team. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with Wilson. The customer service is amazing... friendly, polite, and professional. We have the Comfort Care Package, which includes a set monthly budget payment, a free yearly cleaning, 24/7 emergency service, and a basic parts warranty for our furnace. Customer Service actually calls US to schedule the yearly cleaning! They are truly concerned with their customers and providing the best service possible. Last year, we needed emergency service on a major holiday, and the technician was at our house within the hour after we called the customer service number. In the 19 years we have been serviced by Wilson we have never been disappointed. We continue to be amazed at its consistent excellent customer service. As usual the service people at Wilson's are singularly exempilary. personable, efficient, qualified and patient. Since having a furnance replacement right after losing my mother last year and the times before that when the office worked with me through difficult times.
