We found that our original oil tank, from 1956, had a leak. A gentleman named Gregory set us up with a solution. Wilson sent Jeff and Lenny to install a new exterior oil tank, pump out the oil from the old one into the new, and seal it off. All this done in about 4 hours, in very cold conditions! (Gave them some hot chocolate ) Anyway, thanks guys for a terrific , efficient job, and thank you Wilson, for being there for us! (See More)

Jeff was excellent. The whole Wilson team handled my conversion from oil to gas in a very professional manner. They removed my old oil tank very cleanly, did not spill any oil in my basement. They handled to removal of the old burner, and installation of the new burner without making a mess. I have had them for many years (at least 10), and have always found them to be professional, and very customer service oriented. I am looking forward to having these same technicians maintaining my new gas burner. (See More)

We had our furnace and AC units replaced by Jeff and Chris; both men worked tirelessly through the day. The replacement was scoped out as a day and a half job, but by starting early and working late it was completed in one day. I would like to add that while it was completed in one day, the men did not rush nor take short cuts and took time to answer questions without complaint. The men each new what to do in the work flow process so as not to get into the others way, and as each new piece was installed the other picked up on to the next phase. I believe these are signs of professionalism, expertise in their trade - in short good work ethics. Equally important (besides all the new equipment operating correctly) was that our home was as clean after the job as before; which included hauling out the old furnace - always a dirty job but lining the pathway with drop cloths was again proof of concern for our home. Obviously happy with contracted pricing for total job, and they ( Sales Rep Gerald) was respectful of our wishes when we declined some add-ons. (See More)

POSITIVE, Just had a complete Oil Heat/Hot water system, including a new Oil Tank installed. the crew included Jeff, Wayne, Chris, Mike and more. They did a great job in the shortest time possible restoring our heat han hot water. New system is working great. Technicians Jeff and Chris came to our home and in two days completed the aerosol duct sealing and installed a Carrier oil furnace and central air conditioning unit. They were professional and laid tarps down and kept the areas clean as they were working on each part of the removal of the old equipment and the installation of the new equipment and accessories. Both Jeff and Chris were knowledgeable and answered our questions fully and in a way we could understand. They explained the duct sealing process and the comparison of the air leakage and the % of improvement after the aeroseal was applied and gave us a copy of the results. A test of the equipment was performed and an explanation of the furnace, central air unit and thermostat was provided. Every part of the installed equipment and accessories was neatly done and with a final cleanup. A job well done. (See More)
