We’ve been a customer with Wilson for a little under a year but have already been impressed with their level of service and professionalism. Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year so far and they were out at our house in 30 minutes. It ended up being an electrical issue but Wayne was able to do a fix to get our heat back on until an electrician arrived. He was awesome and so helpful! (See More)

POSITIVE, Just had a complete Oil Heat/Hot water system, including a new Oil Tank installed. the crew included Jeff, Wayne, Chris, Mike and more. They did a great job in the shortest time possible restoring our heat han hot water. New system is working great. We recently purchased a home with a propane fireplace insert. I didn't really know much about them. When Wayne from Wilson came out, he was thorough, pleasant, and really helped me understand how the system works and what to expect and not expect from these types of units. He was sure to identify that I had carbon monoxide detectors in the home and he even tested them for me. Although he had some other calls come in while he was here, he never made me feel rushed. Wayne is an asset to his company and an asset to all the people he helps! (See More)

My AC went down this morning; Wilson Tech Wayne J arrived at my house while I was not home; contacted me; walked me through problem, explained what was wrong then called me back to explain what he did to fix the problem. All while I was at work. I was thrilled I did not have to lose time at work to go home.
