Tom called prior to the visit and arrived as expected. He was clean, neat and performed the repair in a timely fashion. He diagnosed the problem and told me the cost. I paid by credit card and was emailed a receipt for the visit, cost of repair after the 30% discount plus a one year warranty. I was very pleased with Universe Home Services and would recommend them to anyone. I would not hesitate to call upon them in the future if needed. (See More)

Tom did a great job repairing my gas stove. He was very professional and polite and most importantly....got the job done so I'm cooking again! He wore a mask and gloves the entire time so even during this COVID-19 crisis, I felt very comfortable the whole time he was here. We have used Universe Appliance a number of times in the past and have always been extremely happy with the services they have provided. On Christmas Eve, with 40 people on their way to our home and lots of food to re-heat, my oven stopped working. The part that was replaced did not work. I was told that it might not work. The cost of the second part would be too expensive for a 15 year old stove. Universe returned all of the money it charged.
