My gas heating system was in dire need of updating along with my hot water heater. I called Universe Home Service at the recommendation of a friend. I used them previously for appliance repair but hadn't considered them for a major plumbing job like this. John came over to give me an estimate. He was very helpful with suggestions an answered any questions I had. They're estimate was in line with others I had gotten, so because of my friend's recommendation and John's professionalism, I contracted Universe to perform the job. On the appointed day, plumbing technicians James, Sean and Tristan arrived promptly at the appointed time. They worked efficiently and professionally and completed the job right on the estimated timeframe. James took the time to explain everything about the new equipment answered any questions I might have had. I highly recommend Universe Home Service for not only appliance service but for any major home project. (See More)

i can not say enough about Sean, Will and Tristan. They arrived a little early and appologized and said they would wait! Wow they actually cared about keeping the time they gave. They were AWESOME! They explained every step of the process and and answered any question i had . Thrtough the whole process they kept me informed and were even done ahead of schedule. These 3 were the reason we keep using Unuverse. Their professionalism an commitement is what Universe is all about. I HIGHLY recomend this company and the Technicians that they sent to my home. We had our central ac replaced yesterday and Will, Sean and Tristen were awesome. They were so neat, wore protective gear and we’re very easy to work with. Will as the team lead went out of his way to communicate everything they were doing and he answered all our questions and kept us informed of the progress. Oil to gas heat and hot water conversion. Universe came on time, worked professionally during the day, tried to minimize inconvenience and mess, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the conversion in one day. I still need to see how the new new furnace works over the long haul, but we are off to good start. I'm reluctant to give anyone 5 stars, but I can't really find fault with anything they did. I hired Universe To replace my boiler and hot water heater. The company was great to work with right from the start. John from sales is a real gentleman. He explained exactly what I needed and what my options were. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. I did my homework prior to hiring Universe. After numerous estimates, Needless to say I went with Universe. I had an appointment within 3 days to have a complete system installed. Anthony, Mike and Sean showed up right on time. There work was of the highest quality. They were friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They were real perfectionists. Changing a boiler is a messy job. They took every precaution to make sure everything was covered and protected, and when they were finished it was as if they were never there. I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was with the way they worked as a team. They did such an amazing job. When they were done it was a real work of art. Everything was perfect. Then they took the time to explain everything they did and why they did it. I highly recommend Universe. Ask for Anthony, Mike and Sean you will not be disappointed. Thank you guys. God bless you.
