Out heat conked out on a Saturday winter evening and since we have a 1 year old and a 3 year old, we didn't want to wait until the next day. The lady on the phone was friendly and was able to get someone out to us the same night.
Rich showed up within the time frame we were given. He listened to us describe the issue and took his time troubleshooting. He had our heat back up within the hour(granted, it wasn't a huge fix) and explained what the issue was. He was friendly yet professional and took the time to answer our questions.
