I love your company and it's service people. Everyone is always courteous from the people on the phone to the service people. I have used you for years and am never sorry. The only complaint I have at this time is how hard it is to get an appointment. I understand it's because of the shutdown etc., it's just frustrating. I waited over a week for a repair person and then another week for the part to then learn it wasn't the correct diagnosis. Not blaming anyone, just a little frustrated. Will always call Universe though!

Nobody wants to have a problem with household stuff... plumbing, electric, heating, a/c, appliances... we'd all just like them to perform the way they're supposed to. Unfortunately, that's not how any of this works. Problems are inevitable. And it's when those inevitable problems DO happen that I'm glad I deal with Tim and the boys from Universe. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they won't stop until it's all working the way it's supposed to. Gotta love it! (See More)

Rich was awesome. Oven stopped working day before Thanksgiving. We were in panic mode. Rich came in, cool, calm and collective. He quickly diagnosed problem and was able to get oven to work while he ordered parts for the following week. Universe was able to have a repairman at my house within 2 hours of calling. they gave me a three hour window from 2 to 5 pm Rich called to let me know he was on his way. He had the igniter on his truck and my stove was fixed in no time. I used Universe once before to fix a gas hot water. With the same great results. Hopefully l won't need them again, But if I have a problem I will definitely use them again. (See More)

Very pleased with the service. Serviceman told us it couldn’t be fixed because it was not made any longer and parts were impossible to get. He did not charge us for the visit, he said he was here only five minutes and was not able to help. We will have to buy a new microwave. I really appreciated his honesty. (See More)

Honest serviceman, we were first quoted over $400 to service our washing machine, once the serviceman came, he re-diagnosed the problem and we saved over half the cost! Most service companies would still charge you, NOT Universe home services, they are honest, friendly, and get the job done right! Will probably get the service contract with them since they are very trustworthy. (See More)

While I feel the total cost was on the high end, and felt misled about the diagnostic fee being included if we did the work, the actual service tech was one of the best I've experienced in all my years of home ownership. Most appliance companies are parts changers. This company actually knows their stuff and can diagnose the problem and fix it. Knew the problem with my dryer just listening to it. I liked that part. Went right to the problem fixed it and moved on. Made a second appointment to fix my Ice maker in my freezer. Another company wanted to just change everything for about half of what the cost of the appliance was. We will see next week what the problem is. Thank you Richie!!! (See More)
