I love your company and it's service people. Everyone is always courteous from the people on the phone to the service people. I have used you for years and am never sorry. The only complaint I have at this time is how hard it is to get an appointment. I understand it's because of the shutdown etc., it's just frustrating. I waited over a week for a repair person and then another week for the part to then learn it wasn't the correct diagnosis. Not blaming anyone, just a little frustrated. Will always call Universe though!

During this Coron virus my washing machine broke. Mike M. from Universal came down within a day and a half to examine my machine. He had on all the PPE on that made me feel at ease with this pandemic going on. We needed a part for the machine so it had to be ordered. In two days he was back bright and early to work on my machine. Quick , Painless and SAFE. Thanks Mike We appreciate the great and NEAT job you did .And payment was all contactless which was a Plus! Our washer died today. We called and got a service call and repair done this afternoon! Mike M, our service tech, had all the parts right in his van and completed the job within an hour. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Mike was great. He was very thorough. He didn't just fix one thing and leave. He went over everything with us and explained it in simple terms. We didn't get the refrigerator fixed because we thought it was too expensive to fix. Mike was completely honest and upfront with everything.

Again, Universe has come to my rescue! Within about 3 hours of my call I had a Field Tech at my house. Mike works clean, neat and is polite and professional . After determining my problem, he convinced me to reach out to the manufacturer as the warranty was only 3 days past the purchase date anniversary. NO MONEY GRAB here. This is the second time that the service people of Universe have recommended solutions that did NOT involve paying THEM. NO charge here. I will ALWAYS recommend Universe. They hold my contract for Heat and AC too and I feel very confident that if/when I need them, they will be there with expertise, honestly and integrity! (See More)

My technician was professional. He tried several different diagnostics to solve my issue with my heating system. He could not find any issues. Two complaints. The house temperature was set at 70 degrees. When I got home the temperature was 74 degrees. It was too hot in addition, the technician changed the aquastat setting for the air handler. I advised the current setting was done on purpose by universe to remedy an older issue. When I lowered the thermostat to 70 degrees, the heat wouldn't shut off. I had to go into the attic several times to get the proper setting. (See More)

We were told by Universe that parts for my 4 year old Samsung ref. (ice maker fan and defrost coil) would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive, not great news in the middle of the summer. Well, we waited 6 weeks for them. Universe not aware of part shortages or supply data? Or, Samsung producing inferior appliances? take your pick. Oh, the fan that failed on the icemaker a $5.00 part, it was mounted to the ice maker mechanism and couldn't be changed alone??? Total cost was over $500.00 Crazy!!!!
