I love Universe Home Services! I have used this company many times in the past and have always felt like I could trust what they tell me. Every technician has been nice and informative. Recently, I had them in to check my hot water heater, which I pretty much knew was shot. They were able to install a new one very quickly and at a good price. Now, I'm going to have them upgrade my electrical service. As soon as I met Joe (23), I knew I wanted him to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Universe! Nobody wants to have a problem with household stuff... plumbing, electric, heating, a/c, appliances... we'd all just like them to perform the way they're supposed to. Unfortunately, that's not how any of this works. Problems are inevitable. And it's when those inevitable problems DO happen that I'm glad I deal with Tim and the boys from Universe. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they won't stop until it's all working the way it's supposed to. Gotta love it! (See More)

Jim P. Responded to our service call in a very professional manner. Jim checked the problem and the system in a short amount of time. He identified why he thought the heat was not coming out the bedroom's radiator and bled it back to a heating state. He also mentioned that the main problem was the control valve, whose replacement might not be cost effective without also expanding the room's heating surfaces (base boards). We are seriously considering his recommended cure for this cooler than it should be bedroom. (See More)
