Mike, Keith, Anthony & Jeff were fantastic. They were thorough and respectful. My wife is 9 months pregnant and they took the proper precautions the entire time wearing masks and making sure her safety was first. The job they did was perfection. Clean work and educated me well on the system that was installed. I could not ask for anything more and will contact Universe for all my needs, especially Central air next year. Thank you for hiring and training great people, I feel like I got treated fairly from beginning to end and know that I made the right choice with choosing Universe over the others.

I found the whole experience to be above average, from sales to installation. The installation manager spent time reviewing the job and answering all my technical questions and concerns. The installation crew was professional, friendly and responsive to any and all questions or concerns I had. They also cleaned up the job site when the job was completed. From the minute they came in the door and introduced themselves it was an amazing experience!! They are extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in full detail and completed the project and left my house exactly how they found it!! I have used Universe for many years. Recently, I was interested in having A/C put in my home. Jeff came and reviewed my options and found a way to save me money on the installation.
He came on the day of installation with Mike and Keith and reviewed the job with them. Then Mike and Keith got to work. I didn’t even know they were working. They were very efficient and the job was completed in a timely fashion.
When they were finished they explained everything I needed to know about the system. I am very happy about my decision to use Universe. (See More)

I contracted to have ductless ac install on June 5, 2018. I was looking to cool the first floor of my home. Salesman was nice and I went with his suggestion. He stated I could use on l larger unit instead of two smaller. Another appointment with a scope guy waa needed. The day of this appointment waa a total contradiction to the salesmans appointment. Either this company should schedule these two together or scrap the salesman. Needeles to say we had major issues with communication due to m6 work schedule and this company changing the appointment time and not notifying me on two occasions. I find this unacceptable. Taylor is rude and lied stating someone wiuld contact me but several times I called without any solution. I would never do business with this company. (See More)

I had an appointment with salesman on Mark June 5, 20018 and explained to him that what I was looking for a mini split system to cool my first floor. Mark explained that he was in the business of helping me safe money and that he recommended one larger unit instead of two. I gave a deposit and then it was explained that a scope guy (currently on vacation have to wait until the end of June) would come at another appointment. After three attempts at scheduling with the scope guy. I was told by Taylor that I do not need to be home. Well after meeting with my mother the scope guy totally contradicted what Mark told me. After speaking with Taylor again she then stated "you need to be home", well do you think? Besides it is now July and very hot and I have to wait until the end of July now for another appointment. These people wasted my time and could never explain to me what is the purpose of a salesman on the first appointment only for the scope guy to come out and contradict the original order. Not cool that was the purpose of me contracting this company in early June. Bad customer service as well. This Taylor lady is very rude. I asked for my money back. I will go elsewhere. (See More)

The Universe team that came to do my install was prepared and professional. Will spent time to take me through the install process, placement of vents and afterwards the operation of the unit. Joe overcame many electrical hurdles and before the team left, my unit was operational. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting central air installed in their home. (See More)
