We utilized Universe to complete our ductless installation of 5 units. We were told over the phone that it would take a full day to complete the work. It took close to 12 hours to complete. About 3 days after the job, I noticed ice forming in one of the units and quickly called for service. Our ceiling above the unit was wet, our wood floors were wet and my sons bed had gotten water on it since it’s located under the unit. The following morning a service guy came out and opened the condenser that also had ice on it and stated that the lines weren’t installed properly and he seemed to correct the issue. I called afterwards to express my disappointment and the lady stated that she would leave a message for the manager Tim however I never received a response. This was my experience. (See More)

I can not say enough good things about my installer (Brian).. He was very professional, with a tun of knowledge about the product he was going install. Brian took the time a the beginning of the install to explain the process and the timeline. By the way he was finished before his estimate completion time. At the end of the install he took the time to explain the operation which included dos and do nots. Brian has great customer service skills and any install is is on should be grateful to have him. Had ductless ac installed today. Brian and his team did a great job. They were very professional and polite. I just had one problem. I think they should have taken lunch break. They started promptly at 8 am and worked until they were finished. Brian made sure I knew how to work the system before he left. Great experience. That’s why I’ve been using Universe for years. Our sales representative ( Glen) was extremely helpful and worked with us to give us exactly what we needed.
The installation crew was on time, friendly and highly efficient. They arrived on time at
8 am and left after 4, completely cleaned up the work and removed all the debris.
A special note : Mike and Mike were especially helpful. All the others were too, but we had more contact with the two Mike's. ( in fact one Mike worked our installing our new boiler a few years back) it was good to have him back for our new AC system.
We look forward to using the new system when temps heat up

The Universe Team arrived on time and were very courteous. Mike, first sat down with me and explained ever detail to me as to what they were going to do. His discussions were clearly defined and He explained from the very beginning of the Project. He created an environment, whereby you could openly discuss any areas of concern and ask any type of questions. They All were very courteous and knowledgeable (from just watching them perform) and also Mike was very knowledgeable in his explaining this system to me. They All worked very, very hard and as a "Team". Then they cleaned up afterwards. Mike then explained afterwards, how the system is going to work and showed me how to maintain the filters. He gave me some informative information, on how the system works and made sure that I fully understood. I Just love these Guys. They gave me top-notch service at 110%. They are just so awesome. You could not have wished for a better Team . Their Custom Service Skills were way above average(which a lot of workers, do not possess today).
