Very happy with the rep. He was early, wore a mask and was totally familiar with the product and my requirements. We discussed several possibilities and his explanations all made sense. I was somewhat shocked by the cost, however, for a simple, VERY uncomplicated installation of a 9k BTU ductless AC. Will think about it. The price point was way higher than what I wanted to spend.
