Communication with Universe leaves something to be desired. Continually tried calling on Sunday and just got a recording. Tried 3 different emergency # s for Universe. Same results. Was asked if they could come over now , told them yes Technician was at the door within 30 minutes . He fixed the problem and also performed the yearly maintenance . Everything was good to excellent. I was under the impression that the service contract provided 24/7 service, so my only complaint is that we had to go without hot water from Sunday evening through to around 1 P.M. Monday, which was inconsistent with the usual, same day emergency service we are accustomed to for the past five years with Universe. Also, the Sunday evening call to Universe was answered by a recorded message indicating it would be replied to Monday morning between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, which did not happen. After 8:30 I had to call about five times, going through the various menu options, before someone picked up. Not good. (See More)
