Universe was very fairly priced. They were very easy to communicate with leading up to my install. The technicians/mechanics who performed the work were very professional, did a beautiful job and were very customer friendly in the process of the install. Highly recommended. (See More)

Universe installed our gas conversion heating system 2 years and we were so pleased we called them again to install central air. Their workers are polite, knowledgeable professionals. They respected our home and took the utmost care not to damage anything. They even vacuumed and dusted. They left our house spotless. We would highly recommend them. (See More)

I found the whole experience to be above average, from sales to installation. The installation manager spent time reviewing the job and answering all my technical questions and concerns. The installation crew was professional, friendly and responsive to any and all questions or concerns I had. They also cleaned up the job site when the job was completed.
