Universe may not be the cheapest on the market, but you get exactly what you pay for!!! I've had several jobs completed by this company, and all I can say is that they're the BEST! They respond immediately!!! They worked on my boiler a couple of years ago, and when I had a problem just recently, they responded on the double! This time they did a serious plumbing job for me, and now I can rest easily, because they work with integrity! They work fast, they clean up, they're personable and they know their craft! I highly recommend universe home services to everyone who needs to replace or install a heating system. The technicians did an excellent job replacing my heating system yesterday. They were on time, they lined all the walkways with coverings and cleaned up nicely after working. They reviewed everything that was done and how the new heating system will be functioning. The heating system looks beautiful and shows quality work. I love my new heating system. My husband and I are very satisfied. Thank you so much universe home services. 1. They did not take shoes cover .
2. They drank soda from my refrigerator without our permission.
and left empty cans in my basement.
3. They made dent my brand new dryer. They said to fix it. but I never used before. Feel bad.
4. They made hole in order to insert gas pipe on my basement ceiling and never fill up.
They are not professional.

Gary our sales rep was great. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest right from the start and I never felt like he was trying to sell me. Provided honest advice and recommendations and guided me through the each step of getting started.
The install guys were fantastic. They arrived on time, accomplished everything they needed to do in an organized, yet thorough fashion and when done they explained the system step by step to me and the work area and surroundings were so clean when they were done. System is fantastic and work that was done was by far top notch.
Universe may not be the cheapest, but the little extra premium you pay is 100000% worth it. Universe will be my new “contractor” for my plumbing, electrical needs. (See More)

We had Universe in two weeks prior for a dishwasher leak.
We called them again because the Hot Water Heater died.
Sal came the next day.
He was timely, friendly, very neat and up to the task. He made sure everything was put back they way it had been. He showed us the new heater and explained the basics to us.
Once again we have hot clean water running through the house. (See More)

From new equipment to correcting decades old issues in an aging house, Universe has put our minds at ease right away. Cory’s ability to diagnose and create a way to fix our recent emergency with only the tools he had on hand is proof that he and his company care about getting the job done on the spot for the comfort and convenience of the customer. He and Sal also made quick work of the subsequent replacements upon their return to fully correct the issue, leaving a spotless workspace and fully-working plumbing system after very little downtime. Universe just installed a new hot water heater. Great job well done by the Universe team of Sal and Melanie. They arrived on schedule laid drop cloths down in the areas they were working on. At the end of the job they swept up and made sure everything was clean.
Excellent job.
I am a happy and satisfied Universe customers for many years.
