5 Stars for my Tech James C. Professional Courteous informative. He walked us through pros and cons of various water heaters and answered all our questions and we did have a lot of questions.. he was knowledgeable on every aspect . We made the right decision. when the job was completed there was not one thing out of place and nothing to clean up so refreshing. He also was back a few weeks later with a New Sink and bathroom Vanity again he was spot on with his recommendations . Everything looks fantastic and We couldn't be happier with the results of both Projects .. (See More)

Unusual plumbing challenge when I purchased latest Toto washlet toilet seat. James C was up to challenge and worked very diligently to adapt new seat with computerized sensors and oscillating heads, premisters etc. to fit original Toto bowl. He astutely noted that removing tank would destroy washers in tank mounting kit and cause a leak. He ordered parts and returned when parts arrived as promised. Toto parts were notoriously difficult to work with since the plumbing connections of the two seats were incompatible. Not giving up, he inquired at parts suppliers, who had no suitable adapters. He created his own. The new seat with washlet works perfectly....any other plumber would have removed their bowl off the floor at greater cost and time. He avoided the extra work and charges. The problem had started when the Town shut the water then flushed sediment and rust into all the plumbing in my home. He showed me how to avoid a repeat of this when the next water shutdown occurs. Also how to shunt the rust out of main water supply avoiding obstruction of all spigots and plumbing devices in house. We have had many plumbers respond to our home for various repairs and problems. Never have we had a tech plumber like your representative respond . He responded within the assigned time period, polite, energetic and as we found out very knowledgeable. upon assessing the requested repair on our very recently purchased new faucet.As the project advanced your representative discovered that the kitchen faucet was indeed a used unit with rust and corrosion on the gasket.This probably was a repacked returned unit a Lowes purchased item from Garden City. Sorry about the long story but was fantastic. Everything was fixed and done neatly and expertly. Finally we found a great plumber. We have been your customer for years starting when you were in Lynbrook. Do not ever let this J leave He is the best. Thank you again for not disappointing us ! Excellent response and service on a Saturday mid-afternoon. Repairman explained thoroughly what the issue was with the plumbing clog and indicated what pipes needed replacement. He worked very hard on the clog after repairing the pipes. Repairman was very patient and professional trying several ways to identify and locate the clog. Once the problem was repaired he made sure he had completely fixed the problem. James and Pamela in the office were both very professional were both very considerate of our concerns to rectify our problem. (See More)
