Melanie has been out to my house a few times and she is always friendly, knowledgeable, and she has never failed to be here during the hour estimate she has given.

We required replacement of the two supply hoses under the bathroom sink. Melanie, came into our house , mask and gloves on, and immediately fixed the problem. Our Central Heating/Air Unit needed to be replaced. It was 19 years old. James, Spence and Melanie from Universe came to replace it. They were extremely professional. They took their time and did an excellent job! I though there was going to be dust and insulation all over the place. They kept everything very neat and clean. You would’ve never have known they had to cut a hole in the ceiling. They were all very friendly and polite. They were all a pleasure. By the time they left, our heat was blasting. There is so much good things to say about this company it can't be put on one page. They helped me with a major repair and went out of there way to make sure it got paid for with a grant. The whole crew are real human beings that gave themselves far and above what you would expect from any company. They came to us in are hour of need and made sure that are home was repaired. Universe just installed a new hot water heater. Great job well done by the Universe team of Sal and Melanie. They arrived on schedule laid drop cloths down in the areas they were working on. At the end of the job they swept up and made sure everything was clean.
Excellent job.
I am a happy and satisfied Universe customers for many years.

Joe was not only a professional, gentlemen and he knew what to do for us. He was on time and to the point, also giving us no 1 but 4 options to get the work done. First of all, their TRANSPARENCY. After Jay reviewed the situation, he printed and emailed me his estimate. Second, both Jay L. and Melanie F. were knowledgeable and articulate, and confident! They didn't mind my questions regarding their work. They inspected the merchandise prior to installing, only to have found damage, and they ran to acquire replacements. (In my case, both toilet and AND seat were damaged.) Third, they were respectful of my property– not only did they handle my items with care, but they cleaned up after themselves. My former plumber wasn't returning my calls, which led me to give Universe a try. Talk about passing up an opportunity! My 90-year-old house has more opportunities for them to resolve. I'm only hoping that as a CLIENT, they give ME a decent review, as I am looking forward to having this team return. (See More)
