Mike, Keith, Anthony & Jeff were fantastic. They were thorough and respectful. My wife is 9 months pregnant and they took the proper precautions the entire time wearing masks and making sure her safety was first. The job they did was perfection. Clean work and educated me well on the system that was installed. I could not ask for anything more and will contact Universe for all my needs, especially Central air next year. Thank you for hiring and training great people, I feel like I got treated fairly from beginning to end and know that I made the right choice with choosing Universe over the others.

I am extremely happy with Universe Home Services. They installed my AC units today in a short amount of time. The team worked non stop to get the job done. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I Also used Universe to replace my boiler and water heater a few years ago and they did a great job! I would highly recommend Universe Home Services! Such a professional and great team! I have changed my heating and hot water broiler to a wall hung combined unit! It was a whole day job! The installation was smooth and neat. My experience with Universe was extraordinary. From the minute the crew came they were very courteous, seemed like they genuinely cared about what they were doing, and were obviously extremely competent. It was easy to tell they were proud of what they do. I had my oil converted to gas and had the on-demand Rinnai Combo system installed. The installation looked beautiful as well as working extremely well. The crew worked really worked well together and cleaned up very nicely before they left. Both Anthony and Mike were great guys, as well as the three other members of the crew. It’s clear to me that this is a first-rate company with management that really cares. I intend to use them for any, and all, repairs and services in the future. It makes me feel secure knowing this company is out there, and well established. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
