My gas heating system was in dire need of updating along with my hot water heater. I called Universe Home Service at the recommendation of a friend. I used them previously for appliance repair but hadn't considered them for a major plumbing job like this. John came over to give me an estimate. He was very helpful with suggestions an answered any questions I had. They're estimate was in line with others I had gotten, so because of my friend's recommendation and John's professionalism, I contracted Universe to perform the job. On the appointed day, plumbing technicians James, Sean and Tristan arrived promptly at the appointed time. They worked efficiently and professionally and completed the job right on the estimated timeframe. James took the time to explain everything about the new equipment answered any questions I might have had. i can not say enough about Sean, Will and Tristan. They arrived a little early and appologized and said they would wait! Wow they actually cared about keeping the time they gave. They were AWESOME! They explained every step of the process and and answered any question i had . Thrtough the whole process they kept me informed and were even done ahead of schedule. These 3 were the reason we keep using Unuverse. Their professionalism an commitement is what Universe is all about. I HIGHLY recomend this company and the Technicians that they sent to my home. We had our central ac replaced yesterday and Will, Sean and Tristen were awesome. They were so neat, wore protective gear and we’re very easy to work with. Will as the team lead went out of his way to communicate everything they were doing and he answered all our questions and kept us informed of the progress. We were very impressed and they even finished early...

Oil to gas heat and hot water conversion. Universe came on time, worked professionally during the day, tried to minimize inconvenience and mess, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the conversion in one day. I still need to see how the new new furnace works over the long haul, but we are off to good start. I'm reluctant to give anyone 5 stars, but I can't really find fault with anything they did. From the minute they came in the door and introduced themselves it was an amazing experience!! Universe Home Services has turned out to be a valuable resource. We've used their plumbing services, replaced a hot water heater, and most recently were put in a position where we had no choice but to replace our central air conditioning, which of course, happened during a three day heat wave. Mike C lead Tristan M and a team of field service techs during the removal and installation process. Mike C was exceptional at supervising the team and keeping the job moving. He was knowledgeable personable, and provided clear explanations about the the unit and all work done that day. He along with the other field service techs were respectful of our home, keeping the job neat inside and outside. We can honestly say this about every field service tech who has come to our home whether it has been in a maintenance or repair capacity. Universe has provided excellent customer service from the representatives we speak with on the phone to the supervisors and sales consultant. Pricing on all jobs have been fair. Minor hiccups have been dealt with promptly and courteously. We have been very happy and satisfied with all our interactions with Universe. They are a solid and dependable company.
