Universe installed our gas conversion heating system 2 years and we were so pleased we called them again to install central air. Their workers are polite, knowledgeable professionals. They respected our home and took the utmost care not to damage anything. They even vacuumed and dusted. They left our house spotless. We would highly recommend them. (See More)

Nobody wants to have a problem with household stuff... plumbing, electric, heating, a/c, appliances... we'd all just like them to perform the way they're supposed to. Unfortunately, that's not how any of this works. Problems are inevitable. And it's when those inevitable problems DO happen that I'm glad I deal with Tim and the boys from Universe. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say they're gonna do, and they won't stop until it's all working the way it's supposed to. Gotta love it! (See More)

I found the whole experience to be above average, from sales to installation. The installation manager spent time reviewing the job and answering all my technical questions and concerns. The installation crew was professional, friendly and responsive to any and all questions or concerns I had. They also cleaned up the job site when the job was completed. I had a very good experience with universe. The team arrived on time and started to work right away. They seemed to work all day without taking any breaks . When they finished they took everything with them , ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT AND ALSO ALL THE OLD BOILER PARTS. When they finished Mike showed me the new boiler and explained how it works [some what]. Universe Home Services did an oil to gas conversion for me as well as Central A/C and both times we had the opportunity to work with them, was a complete pleasure. From the very beginning to the completion of each job, they provided us with expert care.
