Steve U. was very courteous and cognizant of COVID safety measures. He took care of our AC issue and then performed the annual check up on our gas furnace heating system. Akways courteous and always do a good job. Although my tech found the reason why I had water leaking was because the installers put the piece on in the wrong place. That did upset me that the installation was not done properly and only discovered it when I had a different problem. (See More)

Very pleased with Universe’s custom service from The time they reached out to me to schedule an annual maintenance appointment until the completion of the work. While annual maintenance calls for gas furnaces are fairly routine The tech looked into several problems I was having and provided excellent advice - including additional services offered by the company I was unaware of. My gas boiler suddenly stopped working on a very cold January night. I was recommended to call Universe and couldn't have been more pleased. Within a half hour they got back to me and a repair person was sent out to check the problem. It turned out to be a very small issue, but the mechanic explained it to me, and quickly remedied it.
