Mike, Keith, Anthony & Jeff were fantastic. They were thorough and respectful. My wife is 9 months pregnant and they took the proper precautions the entire time wearing masks and making sure her safety was first. The job they did was perfection. Clean work and educated me well on the system that was installed. I could not ask for anything more and will contact Universe for all my needs, especially Central air next year. Thank you for hiring and training great people, I feel like I got treated fairly from beginning to end and know that I made the right choice with choosing Universe over the others.

I am extremely happy with Universe Home Services. They installed my AC units today in a short amount of time. The team worked non stop to get the job done. Such a professional and great team! I have changed my heating and hot water broiler to a wall hung combined unit! It was a whole day job! The installation was smooth and neat. Our sales representative ( Glen) was extremely helpful and worked with us to give us exactly what we needed.
The installation crew was on time, friendly and highly efficient. They arrived on time at
8 am and left after 4, completely cleaned up the work and removed all the debris.
A special note : Mike and Mike were especially helpful. All the others were too, but we had more contact with the two Mike's. ( in fact one Mike worked our installing our new boiler a few years back) it was good to have him back for our new AC system.
We look forward to using the new system when temps heat up

Very courteous /polite and did a great job with the oil to gas conversion. took their time to make sure to explain everything and then went around to the entire house the bleed the baseboard . Had Central air installed 2 days ago. First, electrician installed electrical outlet below a window well grate so it could not be accessed. They came back to move it but now the system does not work 2 days after it was installed. The installers were professional and accommodating, but I feel that based on my experience, I used the wrong company for my central air installation. (See More)

I got a four zone ductless AC system installed . Very professional salespetson "Timmy". Very knowledgable and answered all questions. They had the best warranties parts and labor. The install team was great. It had rained all m9rning really bad, but team of 4 installers were there ontime. Did walk through and they started. Very organized, clean, polite. The Universe team that came to do my install was prepared and professional. Will spent time to take me through the install process, placement of vents and afterwards the operation of the unit.
